I rented the car from the airport and returned it in the ferry port which was very convenient for me. The staff at airport office was very nice. The car was in very good condition. The price included full insurance so they did not have to block a deposit amount on my card. Rodos is full of their cars. Definitely recommended.
We rented an electric VW ID3, the best choice for exploring the island. Drives like a dream. Rhorent will charge the car for you if needed, but the car has range enough 400+ to last more then a week, top service! Very friendly.
Everything was cool and easy. I do not have credit card so i had to give a 100 euro deposit that they gave back when the rental was finished. When i picked up the car one of the wheels had a big scratch that i only realised when i arrived to my hotel. I was a little bit worried that i will be charged because i forgot to take pictures of the wheels and i did not have evidence that it was not me who scracthed the wheel. But they were cool with it, so there was no problem. The drop off of the car only took like 3 minutes. Highly recommend this company.

The car we requested for hire wasn't available when we arrived but we was given a slightly bigger car which was perfect. No issues finding the office but slightly difficult to find the pick up location in the dark. Friendly and helpful staff and great value car hire. We was also able to pay with debit cards as we don't use a credit card.
Leuke auto (weinig pk!!) en goede service. Doen niet moeilijk. Enige nadeel: ze wisten totaal niet hoe ze de LANE ASSIST - duurzaam - moesten uitschakelen. Op de Griekse wegen is deze functie namelijk levensgevaarlijk, want je kan niet meer uitwijken voor een voetganger of geit!!

What a fantastic hire service from the two ladies (sorry lost the contract so can’t name them) with smiles and happiness from everyone at Rodos Cars who are definitely by far the best in Rhodes! Their cars are all new annd includes full insurance apart from usual puncture, windscreen and underside which is extra and I keep seeing them everywhere on the island. I booked my car months ago and chatted online with a very helpful person who didn’t want to give his/her name but gave me an upgrade. (Thanks!) I collected a very new car last week at the airport only 100m from the entrance to the left as you exit. The paperwork took less than a minute as I have already filled in the form online. Don’t think twice about booking with Rodos Cars for efficiency, service, great insurance cover and reasonable price. Well done also to the lady who wrote half tank of petrol when it was more … so I returned the car with even more fuel than I had found it! Btw unleaded petrol in June 2023 is €2 per litre!! In my experience, I didn't just tested the rental, but also RhoRent dealing with a misunderstanding and for me this is the most important part. The real plus of their service is that they answer quickly and they try their best to side with the client and fix any complaint. If I will come for a 3rd time to Rhodos, I will definitely book with Rhorent again.

The handover at Rhodes airport went very quickly. The car had 7/8 fuel, was super clean and was great to drive. We had a Citroen that was very well maintained and even had a navigation system. The lady at the counter and the lady who gave us the car were both very friendly. We were very satisfied and can recommend the rental with a clear conscience.
Haben zwar nicht das gebuchte Auto erhalten, aber gut. Personal sehr freundlich. Gesamte Abwicklung innerhalb von 10 Minuten erledigt.
