Firstly the service is impeccable. By completing the paperwork in advance you save a lot of time at the airport. From arriving at the car hire desk, paying and walking to the nearby car collection point and driving away was less than 15 minutes. The staff at the collection / drop off point are super efficient and very honest. They thankfully took pictures of the car before handing me the keys. I say this, as we did not notice scratches on the bumper and subsequently thought that somebody had reversed into us whilst the car was parked. I emailed them in advance and sent them a photo, however when we dropped off the car the man smiled and said "it was not you" and showed us the photo he had taken 10 days previous. He could have not been so honest and charged us the €40 admin fee. Thank you Rhorent / Rodos! I will definitely use you again.

The car was booked from the website and it was received quickly without problems and the same experience upon delivery. Everything was quickly and definitely next time I will repeat the experience, but I will give 4 stars due to the car’s lack of cleanliness from the inside. Other than that, everything is fine. Ordered a Polo TSI DSG type AW from 2018 online in advance for collection around 2 pm, received notification the evening before departure that I had to pick up the next day before 11:30 am, so I had an hour from landing to arrival at hotel (just made it) to hear then that I got a 2016 Yaris Hybrid shoved under my poo with nearly 50k miles.
I booked the car online before my travel, which made the car pick up smooth and easy. The car was parked outside the airport 5 mins walk. The car was basically new with less than 9000kms, highly equiped. Upon returning the car, quick check, approx 5 mins and we were done.
Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir hatten für zwei Tage einen neuen Citroën C3 in tadellosem Zustand. Das Auto wurde wie vereinbart pünktlich und ohne zusätzliche Kosten am Hafen von Rhodos Altstadt übergeben. Dort erfolgte auch die unproblematisch Rückgabe.

Kommunikation per Email war sehr schnell. Im Flughafen ging es mit Mietvertrag auch sehr schnell. Das Auto war nicht ganz neu, 5 Jahre alt. Könnte für den Preis etwas neues sein. Der Kindersitz war auch ziemlich benutzt und der Autovermieter konnte den Kindersitz nicht richtig befestigen. Also es war bisschen riskant so mit dem Kindersitz zu fahren. Die AutoÜbergabe war nur 2 Minuten. Sehr schnell! Sonst war alles schnell und freundlich. Kann nur weiter empfehlen.
Das zweite Mal dort einen Pkw gemietet - immer mit Vollkasko, Glas- und Unterbodenschutz. Alles entspannt, kein Stress. Top
Après avoir récupéré sa valise, avant de sortir dehors, sur la droite, il y a le bureau "Rhorent Rent" pour les formalités. De mémoire, il y a juste une petite affiche "Rhorent" dans le box et non pas une grosse pancarte au dessus. Ensuite, il faut sortir à l'extérieur et sur la gauche, il faut se rendre à la guérite "Rodos Cars" (voir photo) pour récupérer finalement sa voiture. Attention, ne cherchez pas "Rhorent", mais bien "Rodos Cars". La voiture louée était en bonne état, propre, avec peu de kilomètres. Le check-in et le check-out ont été rapides. Le prix attractif. Une bonne expérience avec cette compagnie de location.
I booked a Toyota Aygo, got a FIAT 500. OK, quite a good car. It was delivered to my hotel, clean, tidy. The booking itself, the price, the friendliness - everything was great. A small complaint, when I returned the car, I couldn't get anyone on the phone, I just left the key at the hotel reception, without any feedback as to whether everything was OK.

Location de voiture au top ! Comptoir très facile à repérer dès la sortie. Nous avions réserver notre véhicule par internet avant notre arrivée, donc contrat rapidement établi. Nous avons ensuite récupérer un véhicule récent, dans un parkin, juste devant l'aéroport. Personnel aimable et souriant. A la fin de notre séjour, nous avons déposé le véhicule au même endroit avec le niveau de carburant au même niveau qu'à la prise du véhicule. Pas besoin de nettoyer l'extérieur du véhicule. Je recommande fortement pour vos prochaines vacances.
We rented a Nissan Quashqi for a week. The booking process was simple. Our car was delivered to our hotel, then we began exploring. What a beautiful island! Our car was very new, clean and easily managed some of the hills we encountered. We would definitely rent from Rhorent again, if we returned to Rhodes. We could not fault the service and the staff were friendly and helpful. A well earned Five Stars
Probably one of the best rental car companies I’ve encountered, anywhere in the world. Ultra fast and pleasant service (while taking the car and while returning it). The car parking lot is right next to the terminal (about 100-150m walking). Prices are very fair and include full coverage with no hidden charges. Got a fairly new car in a very good condition. The child seats are not fancy but do the job.
The service is reliable, fast and convenient, the office is in the terminal at the airport right at the exit, the delivery of the car and its return were really fast and efficient. The prices are fair, the car was new. highly recommend!!!
