Everything was cool and easy. I do not have credit card so i had to give a 100 euro deposit that they gave back when the rental was finished. When i picked up the car one of the wheels had a big scratch that i only realised when i arrived to my hotel. I was a little bit worried that i will be charged because i forgot to take pictures of the wheels and i did not have evidence that it was not me who scracthed the wheel. But they were cool with it, so there was no problem. The drop off of the car only took like 3 minutes. Highly recommend this company.

Great rental service! Friendly, fast, clear staff. My car was clean, in perfect condition, with a great discount on the site. I really liked their site with lots of useful, clear and transparent indications. The total guarantee available without exaggerated deposits (I only deposited 100 euros). Super recommended!

Практически, они работают под зонтиком крупной фирмы по аренде автомобилей Rodos Cars, у которой есть филиалы и представители в каждом углу острова, а также крупные гаражи в нескольких местах. Для тех, кто прилетает в аэропорт Диагорас, советую именно эту фирму, так как офис находится прямо в зале прилетов аэропорта, а машину вы заберете на парковке у аэропорта. Не будет никаких дополнительных действий, чтобы вас кто-то встречал и отвозил куда-то, как это практикуют другие. Нас было 5 человек, двое взрослых и трое детей. Я заказал Ситроен С-3, получил Тойоту Ярис. Остался доволен, потому что Тойота была абсолютно новой и экономичной. За неделю мы проехали остров вдоль и поперек от края до края, и расходовали немногим больше половины бака. Сотрудники фирмы не мелочные, и не придирчивые. Никаких дополнительных сюрпризов и выплат вас не ждет. Мы арендовали машину на неделю, взяли полную страховку, поэтому никаких залогов не оставляли. Забрали и вернули с полным баком. И все это нам обошлось по цене двух поездок на такси для нашей семьи. Остался очень доволен и всячески рекомендую. Быстро, оперативно, удобно.

Its extremely streamlined user friendly process which makes renting a car a pleasure with minimum hassle and time. Car was exellent in good condition. Really recommend Rhorent! We were a bit nervous as this was our first time renting a car abroad but so glad we did. Our experience was seamless and we felt really comfortable the whole time. They offer great cover (we paid the extra €14 for glass, undercarriage etc. but everything else included) which really put our minds at ease in case anything were to happen. Booked everything online around a week before, the car was delivered on time to the apartment we were staying in, all paperwork gone through, car was clean and in good working order. Drop off back at the airport was quick and easy even though late in the evening. 10/10 :)
We rented a car for seven days. I paid for a VW Polo online, but when we arrived at the counter, we were given a Citroen C3 instead. Although this was a bit disappointing, we were ultimately satisfied since the car was almost brand new. The process was smooth and straightforward, with no issues at all. I highly recommend this rental company if you need to hire a car in Rhodes.

Received good service, booked online, additional communication via email went smoothly. No need to make down payments. Received an upgrade at no extra cost, nice friendly lady who delivered the car to the hotel on time. Paperwork was quickly arranged and they came to pick up the car by leaving the key at the hotel reception. You didn't have to be there yourself. Very fair price including drop off and pick up at hotel. We are very satisfied and therefore definitely recommend it.

From my initial enquiry to the collection of the car at Rhodes airport last night . I cannot fault the service of this company. Everything is confirmed by email, the website is modern and easy to navigate. Despite other reviews state, the terms of the insurance is explained clearly and you are made fully aware of what is and not covered in the insurance. The collection of the car was perfect thanks to an earlier email asking for advance information which meant we could get our car straight away without having to queue at the desk. The car is virtually brand new and was very clean inside. Finally the link to the Apex travel app enables you to get Google maps guidance to anywhere on the island as well as suggested itineraries for touring the island as well as tips on the best beaches and things to do. I made a reservation online. I had a delay, initially .... BUT, 2 minutes to pick up and 1 minute to hand over :) . It was a good decision. Car manufactured in 2023, clean. I will recommend them!
We had a C3 for a week. Consistently clean vehicles and super friendly staff. There was also no waiting time at the counter, the vehicles are parked directly at the airport and the return was quick and unproblematic. A quick look at the fuel gauge, a quick walk around it and you're done. A short-term change to the rental period was made without any problems one day before arrival. Cancellation was done via email. New booking was even cheaper. 177 euros including comprehensive insurance and no deductible is 1a. The hotel transfer is not much cheaper. We were there for 7 days and were able to go on various excursions on our own.

Everything went real smoothly. Car was updated, and even better suitable for our use. Children bumbseat was disapointment, but there was no better seat available so ????????♀️ But service was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Within 20 minutes after picking up the luggage from the belt we sat behind the wheel of our car. Very smooth checkin at the desk in the terminal, pick up of the car the same. We got an upgrade free and drove 10 days without any problem with our C3 across the island. Superb !!
