The key was left at reception in the evening, and the car was returned flawlessly in the morning – without us having to do anything. Fantastic!

I always research car hire companies before using due to bad previous experiences, I could find no negative reviews for Rhorent. I would definitely use this company again, they are absolutely safe, honest and easy to use. Passport control at the airport was a nightmare which meant I was 1.5 hours late for my pick up time (the last one available), the staff knew this and stayed open. It took about 2 minutes to collect my car, sign the document and off you go. No hard sell on extras or trying to get more money out of you, and no security deposit, just friendly and efficient service. The VW I got was new, clean and perfect. Dropping off was just as easy, a quick check round the vehicle and check the fuel level, it took 2 minutes. I found the company to be honest and the staff friendly. I would highly recommend Rhorent and I will be using again on my next visit to Rhodes.
