We booked a rental car for our Rhodes vacation through Rhorent. For some technical reasons I did not receive a confirmation email, so I contacted them by phone. The employee took great care of the issue and then sent me a confirmation through other channels. That was really customer service! Upon arrival at the airport, all that was left was to sign the contract and make the payment. Contrary to the original booking of a VW Golf, we received a Toyota Yaris Cross with just over 11,000 km. The car was very clean and in good condition. The car was picked up about 200 meters after the exit in a parking lot. Here, too, the care was excellent. The return of the vehicle also went smoothly overall, although there was a lot of traffic at the time of return. I can only recommend Rhorent.

We came in October 2023, and we are delighted with our reservation made in July before our arrival... Trustworthy person, arrived as planned on Tuesday, directly at our hotel... Very attractive price for 5 days of rental. ..thank you so much.

I cannot really put into words how good the service was. We had a soft top car booked and it was delivered to our hotel on time with little fuss, however when we took it out that day and had to put the roof up because it was a very hot day the air con didn't work. We contacted them via WhatsApp at about 15.10 and a few texts were exchanged. They promised us a replacement car that day and within 3hrs another car was delivered. Their service was exemplary and the replacement car was better than the original. They were fantastic and went above and beyond.

Second time using the company, very fast and efficient service. We had small trouble with the initial car provided (first gear was a bit difficult to operate) contacted the company and it was solved in less then 30 minutes. The car was changed. Great customer service.

Cars are well maintained and clean. There is clear communication with workings of the vehicle and concise information with no confusion with fuel on returning of vehicle. Therefore no hidden charges!! No hefty deposits along with extremely competitive prices. The benefits offered with the rental mean reassurance and security while exploring and holidaying on the beautiful island of Rhodes, again with no hidden surcharges on return. Having rented cars in many locations I found Rhorent to be amongst the most professional that I have dealt with. The car, which was almost new, was delivered to the hotel at No extra cost and all insurance was included in the price with no excess and no funds blocked on the credit card. The car came with a full tank of fuel and to be returned full so that you only pay for what you use. Top marks to this company which I highly recommend

I booked a Toyota Aygo, got a FIAT 500. OK, quite a good car. It was delivered to my hotel, clean, tidy. The booking itself, the price, the friendliness - everything was great. A small complaint, when I returned the car, I couldn't get anyone on the phone, I just left the key at the hotel reception, without any feedback as to whether everything was OK.

My best car rental experience ever. I was worried that they were so cheap but the service was excellent. We got upgraded. Check out and return were both fast. We were offered a selection of baby seats and help installing. Their full insurance was very reasonable and covered all risks. Use them!

Decent cars, good value for money

We booked from Germany and had a Fiat Panda for three days. It was very cheap compared to booking locally. Everything was easy online. You don't need a credit card either. It is enough if you leave a deposit of €100. Car was very clean. Friendly staff. I can only recommend.

Fantastic service - highly recommend! We looked at numerous companies and so glad we ended up with RhoRent! The cars were fantastic and in great condition - one of which was shiny new! They allowed us to register additional drivers the following day due to separate flights and we so accommodating! It was such a simple and easy process especially with the pre registration! And sited at the airport made it even more straight forward!

I used Rhorent for the second time this summer. Our villa was a little further from the nearest town than we anticipated and it was very hot so decided needed to rent a car for part of the holiday after we arrived. Cost was very competitive, range of cars was good and delivery to the villa was seamless. Even when we decided to extend for an extra day and change the pick up location the team were super responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

Value for money was great! Everything went great. Unfortunately we had a flat tire on the last day, they sent someone to our hotel after 30 minutes. It was fixed within a short time. Have been very satisfied. Only to be recommended!

I am very satisfied with the services of this company. They offer a wide selection of cars and provide quick responses to all inquiries. Although the car we booked was not available, we were given an upgrade to a higher-class vehicle. The new car was in excellent condition. The process of picking up and returning the car took only a few minutes. They have great pricing policies and full insurance coverage, which is very affordable and frees you from the deposit.
