Car rental free of stress as it supposed to be. Used them twice in a month while I went back and forth to the island. Appreciated the peace of mind due to the included insurance package and the flexibility to deliver the car to an address as well as accept early drop-off at the port. No reason not to use them again next times.
Everything was great - quick and without any kind of problems during the obtaining and return of the car. Got the free upgrade to shiny Renault Clio with low mileage. The only minor issue was the absence of washer fluid.
Having rented cars in many locations I found Rhorent to be amongst the most professional that I have dealt with. The car, which was almost new, was delivered to the hotel at No extra cost and all insurance was included in the price with no excess and no funds blocked on the credit card. The car came with a full tank of fuel and to be returned full so that you only pay for what you use. Top marks to this company which I highly recommend

Very efficient for check-in and check-out, very clean car with 11,000 km on the clock, just outside the airport, in short very happy with this rental. No bad surprises and you pay at the counter.

Замечательная компания с такими же замечательными ценами! Всё прошло очень быстро! При выходе из зоны выдачи багажа, справа находится офис компании где оформляется договор аренды, а если это было сделано заранее в электронном виде, то на месте просто проверят подлинность водительского удостоверения и распечатают подготовленный договор, далее с ним выходите и идёте по улице в обратном направлении в сторону начала аэропорта и справа увидите большую стоянку автомобилей и киоск с названием компании „Rhodos cars“. Подходите, показываете договор и ваш верный помощник на время вашего отпуска уже ожидает вас. Всё очень просто, понятно, а самое главное очень свежие и не подводящие в техническом плане автомобили!
service simple et rapide. voiture très bien entretenue. pas de caution. paiement pour une semaine avec livraison à l'hôtel, ça c'est le pied, car après on dépose les clés à l'accueil ! seul bémol, le gps... pas de gps inclus dans la voiture et impossible d'utiliser android auto. dommage mais ça ne mérite pas d'enlever une étoile.
Spontaneously rented online on site, the car was delivered in the evening. Brand new Opel Corsa with 95km on the clock, automatic as requested. Simply leave the key at reception to pick it up. Top!

Great rent a car service. Very easy to book. The staff is very nice. You take and give back the car at the airport for literally couple of minutes. No extra charges, no hidden fees and all that nonsense. I will definitely use their service again the next time we visit Rhodes. Highly recommended.

Very Good... but Could Do Better! 27th April 8pm Very easy to book online and the lady at the airport reception desk was lovely. The issue was when I picked up the car, I was not made familiar with it by the gentleman at the outside kiosk. He started the engine, took a few photos and then said “Bye”. I did not know how to connect the Apple Play, how to change the display from Greek to English, where the light switches were, how to open the fuel cap or even how to remove the key (put in Park, engine off and press the key IN before removing). Please spend a bit of time with your customers to ensure they know how everything operates.

I would like to thank both gentlemen at the terminal office and the parking who were working on the evening of 16/04/2023. Also if you fill in your details online it will save you time at the airport, so you can be on the road in 5 min.
