Pick up was so easy, price was great, car was new, clean and well equipped. Service was friendly and insurance is comprehensive so they don’t go over the top when you bring it back. I don’t know why anyone would ever pay so much more money to spend an age hiring a car from one of the big national companies!

Absolutely perfect service! Simple, clear online booking. Incredibly fast payment processing and on-site pickup. Hassle-free return. Extremely friendly staff at all times. We received exactly the rental vehicle, in good condition. The only minor issue was that the back seat was dirty (perhaps from someone else's luggage?), which is negligible for us. Easy, the counter was right at the airport exit. It was about a 200m walk to the car. I would choose this again. Changing to a different second driver was no problem.

I rented a Fiat 500 Dolce Vita from April 5th to 11th with Rhorent. The whole process was seamless, straightforward, and very convenient. The car was perfect for exploring Rhodes from north to south.

The pick-up process at the airport was seamless and everything was explained clearly. Drop-off was equally quick and easy. I rented a 9-seater Hyundai Staria; although it wasn't the cheapest option, the vehicle was tidy and we had no issues at all. I highly recommend their services.

We rented a small car in September, but on day 3 we had a problem that resolved itself fairly quickly. It happens, of course, so I texted the rental company. Within a few minutes, they replied with the address of their workshop/location near our hotel. After a check by the mechanic, it turned out a part was broken, so we immediately received a free upgrade. Yes, they are cars with a few kilometers on the odometer (both around 40,000), but the service was excellent. That's what matters most to us! Pickup and drop-off were hassle-free.
