Good aspects: Super Quick Car pick-up and drop. Decent car quality, Good price (It was just the start of the season so expected). Its obvious they are market leaders because you can spot their cars everywhere. Could improve on: Customer care: My Key Battery needed replacement on Day 3 of my trip. There was an agent in the Hotel I was staying and I approached me. He said I will have to either drive 30 kms to the main office or then “hope” that battery doesnt die on me, and if it does, I need to call emergency. I said thanks and changed the battery myself. Ideally they should have spare things or some other mechanism to address this issue. They had nothing. Car maintenance: On the 5th day of the trip, the car showed me a warning of “losing air pressure in tyres”.From the key experience I decided to ask the Petrol Pump guy to check tyre pressure and he said its fine. The warning message still kept bugging me everytime I started the car

After a lot of research I found Rhorent to be the best value with no hidden extras and fully covered insurance with no big deposit required or excess. Office is in the airport and car outside the door waiting for us, no delays no hassle, great staff. Car was spotless and new. Drop off was quick and painless. Would highly recommend as its a minefield out there trying to find a reliable car rental company.
Great car rental company! Reserved the vehicle via their web site less than 24 hours before I needed it. They promise to respond within 12 hours, I got a confirmation via email, and clear pickup instructions within 10 minutes. I entered all the details on the web site (highly recommend!), so when I arrived to Rhodes airport, I went to their counter, got the papers straight away. I compared several rental companies' prices and this was one of the most affordable, the smaller vehicles were on discount at the time. The parking lot is 100 or so meters away from the arrivals exit (where all the companies have cars parked). Staff at the counter and in the parking lot very friendly and helpful. Got exactly the car that I reserved, even the colour was the same as in the photo :). The car was clean and (smaller) defects were thoroughly noted prior to rental. Tank was 4/6 full and a kind man at the EKO gas station 10 minutes away from the airport filled the tank back to that mark when I was driving back to the airport. The return was easy, too. I will definitely rent from this company next time I'm in Rhodes, and I highly recommend it!

Reserve a car easily online, hardly any waiting time at the counter itself. The only thing that was a bit difficult to find was the counter, as apparently several companies are under one roof. At the airport they can be found under Rhodes Cars. The cars themselves are not the newest models and already have a few scratches. The return just as easy.

Rented a car on May 2023. The experience was flawless, we were upgraded to a higher class when arriving at the counter in the airport, the process was quick and easy and also returning the car was super easy. Prices weren't high at all. Highly recommended.

There are things that could be better, but not a lot, and not much better. We are always nervous when renting a car abroad. There are so many stories that seem to confirm that there aren’t any trustworthy car rental companies out there. We booked a holiday in Rhodos and really wanted the freedom to roam the island by ourselves and go where we pleased. Reading the reviews online just spiked our suspicion. Rhorent offered a very competitive price, and with a modest premium, a no worries insurance. Cheaper than the known brand companies, in-hotel delivery and full insurance. Sounded to good to be true. But we made the reservation nonetheless. No upfront payment, so what’s the risk? Friends travelled to Rhodos just a few weeks before we did, and made a reservation with Rhorent, basically because we had done so before them. They had a great experience with Rhorent, so we travelled with a lighter heart. We were able to pick up the car in our hotel, which was great. We got the model we requested (that almost never seems to happen with us, but this time, it did). The car was quite new (5K kilometers). The lady took her time marking all the minor issues on the bodywork and let us do a photoshopt of everything. At the end of our stay we could drop off the keys at the hotel desk but their car rental desk was open so we went there. No inspection of the car afterwards, which made me nervous again. But everything went smooth. What could be better? Well, I would like to get a kind of proof of receipt when handing over the keys, after all they make you sign papers when you get their car (I get that), doesn’t seem to much to ask to get a confirmation that the car was returned in ok condition. Second, we only learned that the full ensurance we bought would pay for all damages except for gross negligence, but there would be a 40 euro administrtion fee in case of damage. That doesn’t seem like full insurance. Oh, and they are actually called Rodos Cars.
I have rented cars for my holidays for many years. Most have been fine, but I have learnt to shy away from the cheaper companys. I also prefer to pick up at the airport but not always. This was one of the best experiences I have had. The car was clean and presentable the reception was polite efficient and swift as was the drop off. What often differentiates a business is how it deals with a problem. A warning light came on half way through the holiday. I rang and within the hour I had a replacement car. Say no more.

We had a very good expirience with Rhorent cars. The car was new had only 1200km when we got it. Ordered online and was waiting for us at the airport. Very nice people and all set and done very quickly. We would recommend this car rental.
