Perfect service. You can rent the car even without having a credit card but using a normal debit card. Staff in the very kind office are very clear and also the team of guys who then deliver the car are very helpful.

The price was the cheapest I found and it was suspicious, but I closed because there was no need to leave credit information or any kind of commitment. They bring the car to the hotel, I arrived at the hotel reception at the time we arranged and I got the car within 2 minutes of really short paperwork, exactly the same price I closed. They even upgraded me in the car they brought me. Returning the car was even easier - I just returned the keys to the woman at the hotel reception. Without a doubt the best price, service and experience I've come across in terms of car rental.

Just got back from Rhodes yesterday. 3 of us hired a small 4 seater car for 7 days. Cute, small, compact. The boot fits 1 large luggage and 1 back pack and the back seats can fit another Medium luggage and several small bags. Fits comfortably for airport/accomm trips. For travelling around - more than enough space for 3 people. Had a little accident (my fault) at traffic stop. Called the team and you will then connect via Whatsapp messaging (not call). They are responsive. Good thing is you can drop ypur location on whatsapp easily so they know where you are. They asked for some details and no more than 20 mins, their team arrives to take photos and also with the replacement car. Paid extra for admin and insurance but that was expected. All in all, everything was sorted in under 1 hour! I Massive Salut the team who kept calm and professional. I guess the driver I hit was also very nice and showed concern, so that helps with the situation. Luckily no more accidents after that. When i returned the car at airport, i requested to check any outstanding bills (just incase) and they said all good. I explained what happened and they also showed concerned and was happy to help. All in all, best experience with car hire so far. A note to all - get your car insurance! Its also good to know what kind of insurance you are getting. If you can spare more, i would say pay it. You never know what can happen! Oh and drive safely. ????. Big big thanks to the team and also grateful I hit an understanding fella. Everyone else was calm - I was the panicking one!
