I am very satisfied with the services of this company. They offer a wide selection of cars and provide quick responses to all inquiries. Although the car we booked was not available, we were given an upgrade to a higher-class vehicle. The new car was in excellent condition. The process of picking up and returning the car took only a few minutes. They have great pricing policies and full insurance coverage, which is very affordable and frees you from the deposit.

Also if you fill in your details online it will save you time at the airport, so you can be on the road in 5 min.

What a fantastic hire service from the two ladies (sorry lost the contract so can’t name them) with smiles and happiness from everyone at Rodos Cars who are definitely by far the best in Rhodes! Their cars are all new annd includes full insurance apart from usual puncture, windscreen and underside which is extra and I keep seeing them everywhere on the island. I booked my car months ago and chatted online with a very helpful person who didn’t want to give his/her name but gave me an upgrade. (Thanks!) I collected a very new car last week at the airport only 100m from the entrance to the left as you exit. The paperwork took less than a minute as I have already filled in the form online. Don’t think twice about booking with Rodos Cars for efficiency, service, great insurance cover and reasonable price. Well done also to the lady who wrote half tank of petrol when it was more … so I returned the car with even more fuel than I had found it! Btw unleaded petrol in June 2023 is €2 per litre!! Einfache Buchung, netter Service direkt vor Ort in Hotel. Wäre nur einfacher, wenn direkt klar wäre, dass Rhorent und Rhodos Cars dieselbe Firma sind. Das Fahrzeug war sauber, relativ neu und in Ordnung. Die Übergabe lief problemlos.

It was a very good experience from the very easy way to reserve the car on the website, the quick pick-up and the drop off the car, communication by mail, etc. The most important thing was the way they reacted when I had a minor problem (the socket didn't work to charge my phone) and following my complaint, my car was replaced. Kudos for your customer care.

Very good service, reservation without the need for a credit card, very good price, the lowest I found to pick up and return the car at the airport. Everything included, including full coverage (a very small supplement for glass and covers), includes the 2nd driver and eliminates the excess. The car in very good condition. Quick processing of withdrawal and return. The office at the airport is the same as Rodos Car. I will definitely repeat on every trip to the island

Great car rental company! Reserved the vehicle via their web site less than 24 hours before I needed it. They promise to respond within 12 hours, I got a confirmation via email, and clear pickup instructions within 10 minutes. I entered all the details on the web site (highly recommend!), so when I arrived to Rhodes airport, I went to their counter, got the papers straight away. I compared several rental companies' prices and this was one of the most affordable, the smaller vehicles were on discount at the time. The parking lot is 100 or so meters away from the arrivals exit (where all the companies have cars parked). Staff at the counter and in the parking lot very friendly and helpful. Got exactly the car that I reserved, even the colour was the same as in the photo :). The car was clean and (smaller) defects were thoroughly noted prior to rental. Tank was 4/6 full and a kind man at the EKO gas station 10 minutes away from the airport filled the tank back to that mark when I was driving back to the airport. The return was easy, too. I will definitely rent from this company next time I'm in Rhodes, and I highly recommend it!

I had the pleasure of renting with them. I had configured a Volkswagen Polo but an Opel Corsa arrived. New machine equipped with all options. Pretty quick pick up, pretty friendly staff. Super prices! Possibility to pay by debit card. I prefer to grow these local businesses rather than large rental chains! Absolutely recommended!

En mycket seriös firma som jag kommer att använda mig om jag kommer tillbaka till Rhodos. Det var lätt att boka på internet och priserna och vilkor var enkla att förstå. Priser är klart lägre än flera andra uthyrare. Ingen förskottsbetalning krävs. Vid uthämtning och återlämning går det att tillsammans kontrollera bilen tillsammans med uthyraren så att båda parter kan dokumentera fordonet. Rhorent svarar snabbt på mail och personalen på flygplatsen talar bra engelska. Bilarna är parkerade utanför hallen för avgående vilket bara tar några minuter att gå från Rhorents disk inne i terminalen. Ingen transfer behövs.
