Reliable and kind.

A really, really stress-free process. Not like in Germany, where you first have to show 70 contracts and 48 IDs. I ordered the car before our trip to Germany. The car was handed over to us on time at the resort. It wasn't what I ordered, but it was in the same price range, so it was ok. Joar and when we handed in the keys at the reception and that was it. Next time Rhodes we will definitely rent a car from you again. So a very, very great service. Thanks again @rohrent

First class service with the hire car delivered to and collected from the hotel. Great car rental company! Reserved the vehicle via their web site less than 24 hours before I needed it. They promise to respond within 12 hours, I got a confirmation via email, and clear pickup instructions within 10 minutes. I entered all the details on the web site (highly recommend!), so when I arrived to Rhodes airport, I went to their counter, got the papers straight away. I compared several rental companies' prices and this was one of the most affordable, the smaller vehicles were on discount at the time. The parking lot is 100 or so meters away from the arrivals exit (where all the companies have cars parked). Staff at the counter and in the parking lot very friendly and helpful. Got exactly the car that I reserved, even the colour was the same as in the photo :). The car was clean and (smaller) defects were thoroughly noted prior to rental. Tank was 4/6 full and a kind man at the EKO gas station 10 minutes away from the airport filled the tank back to that mark when I was driving back to the airport. The return was easy, too. I will definitely rent from this company next time I'm in Rhodes, and I highly recommend it!

Easy online booking. Good rates. Very quick pick up of vehicle and drop off the same. Hassle free all around. Vehicle was fine and suited my needs except it was not what I asked for but I understand that supplying “similar vehicles” is a normal part of car rental. I’ll definitely use them again as my first choice!

Rhorent, or Rodos Cars as they were known as in Rhodes, couldn’t have been better for us! We rented a small VW Polo for 2 weeks in August and, upon arrival at Rhodes airport, the ease of picking the car up in the terminal was great - much better than hiring from nearby and getting a taxi or shuttle bus. We were very kindly offered an upgrade to an SUV and had a Dacia Duster instead. Despite a few faults with the car, the customer service team were AMAZING via WhatsApp and were very quick to replace the car with a Citroen C3. I can’t fault Rhorent or Rodos Cars and would 100% hire a car from them again in the future. Thank you!

Great local rental company. Our experience was very good. Quick pick-up and return procedures, without any hitches, very recent car, everything ok. Plus it's Greek, and so I'm happy to leave my money (well spent) in the area. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service, amazing communication when I needed to change time of pick up. Only reason given 4 not 5 stars is that it wold have been nice to have been told that we were going to be picked up from the ferry port in Rhodes and driven to the office to pickuup the car. This wasn't a problem, would have just been nice to know! Thanks again for a great service.

I have rented cars for my holidays for many years. Most have been fine, but I have learnt to shy away from the cheaper companys. I also prefer to pick up at the airport but not always. This was one of the best experiences I have had. The car was clean and presentable the reception was polite efficient and swift as was the drop off. What often differentiates a business is how it deals with a problem. A warning light came on half way through the holiday. I rang and within the hour I had a replacement car. Say no more.

The car was ordered in advance, problem-free handover, price according to the order. Option to pay by debit card. I recommend

I have used several car hire companies in Rhodes, but this has to be the best. Not only by cheap price, but excellent/quick customer service and great car. You can complete a pre-registration online before collecting, which made the desk part quick as they already have your details. Would highly recommend.

Booked online. Delivery on time. Car relatively new and clean. Friendly car delivery man. Uncomplicated processing. Negative: Filling out the contract and paying by credit card at the car (standing) inappropriate. I would have expected it to be handled in the hotel lobby. Annoying: When I booked online, I had expressly asked for the car to be handed over with a full tank. This was ignored, tank was only a quarter full. Sorry, but that's the old scam, according to which the landlord hopes that the tank will be fuller after the return than when it was handed over.

Nice cars and friendly service. We booked a VW Beetle Cabrio, but got upgraded to VW T-Roc Cabrio. The prices are somewhat high, but this seems to be the price level everywhere in Rhodos. Recommend to choose a car with manual transmission, instead of automatic, as there is no franchise (own participation in case of damage).

Preis/Leistung ist top. Übergabe hat keine 5 Minuten gedauert, also sehr schnell. Wir haben keine Kaution gezahlt, was auch von Vorteil ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und immer bereit zu helfen. Das Auto an sich war in gutem Zustand. Wir hatten ein Nissan Micra und der Kleinwagen hat unglaublich viel Spaß gemacht! Falls wir noch Mal nach Rhodos fliegen, mieten wir bei Rhodos Cars ein Auto, auf alle Fälle! Also die Agentur ist nur zu empfehlen!
