En mycket seriös firma som jag kommer att använda mig om jag kommer tillbaka till Rhodos. Det var lätt att boka på internet och priserna och vilkor var enkla att förstå. Priser är klart lägre än flera andra uthyrare. Ingen förskottsbetalning krävs. Vid uthämtning och återlämning går det att tillsammans kontrollera bilen tillsammans med uthyraren så att båda parter kan dokumentera fordonet. Rhorent svarar snabbt på mail och personalen på flygplatsen talar bra engelska. Bilarna är parkerade utanför hallen för avgående vilket bara tar några minuter att gå från Rhorents disk inne i terminalen. Ingen transfer behövs.

Honest (no damage scams), friendly, smooth and easy. This is how car rentals should work every time, which unfortunately rarely is the case. I think this is a successful business model long term.
Have rented a minibus (9 seats). Everything was great. The transfer at the airport was done in 15 minutes. Pay the vehicle (no deposit beforehand), collect the key and walk to the parking lot. The vehicle had 3-4 minor imperfections that I photographed. Handover was at the airport at 4:15 a.m., where we dropped the key into the box. Will book there again.

Absolutely smooth, a short waiting time at the counter is normal and completely within limits, the car was in excellent condition, with a strong engine for the mountains. Plus local provider. It was a very good experience from the very easy way to reserve the car on the website, the quick pick-up and the drop off the car, communication by mail, etc. The most important thing was the way they reacted when I had a minor problem (the socket didn't work to charge my phone) and following my complaint, my car was replaced. Nice cars and friendly service. We booked a VW Beetle Cabrio, but got upgraded to VW T-Roc Cabrio. The prices are somewhat high, but this seems to be the price level everywhere in Rhodos. Recommend to choose a car with manual transmission, instead of automatic, as there is no franchise (own participation in case of damage).
From my initial enquiry to the collection of the car at Rhodes airport last night . I cannot fault the service of this company. Everything is confirmed by email, the website is modern and easy to navigate. Despite other reviews state, the terms of the insurance is explained clearly and you are made fully aware of what is and not covered in the insurance. The collection of the car was perfect thanks to an earlier email asking for advance information which meant we could get our car straight away without having to queue at the desk. The car is virtually brand new and was very clean inside. Finally the link to the Apex travel app enables you to get Google maps guidance to anywhere on the island as well as suggested itineraries for touring the island as well as tips on the best beaches and things to do.
