From my initial enquiry to the collection of the car at Rhodes airport last night . I cannot fault the service of this company. Everything is confirmed by email, the website is modern and easy to navigate. Despite other reviews state, the terms of the insurance is explained clearly and you are made fully aware of what is and not covered in the insurance. The collection of the car was perfect thanks to an earlier email asking for advance information which meant we could get our car straight away without having to queue at the desk. The car is virtually brand new and was very clean inside. Finally the link to the Apex travel app enables you to get Google maps guidance to anywhere on the island as well as suggested itineraries for touring the island as well as tips on the best beaches and things to do. Impeccable service very good value for money

Perfect service. You can rent the car even without having a credit card but using a normal debit card. Staff in the very kind office are very clear and also the team of guys who then deliver the car are very helpful.

Great company! Pick up and drop off at the airport was very fast and easy.The staff was very nice. The car was car was clean, in perfect condition. The price included full insurance so they did not have to block a deposit amount on my card. Rodos is full of their cars. Definitely recommended.

Very easy to deal with. Zero excess, everything explained, nice clean car. Rental desk is in Holiday Village. Just a very simple transaction which is what you want from a car hire. Totally recommend.

Kommunikation per Email war sehr schnell. Im Flughafen ging es mit Mietvertrag auch sehr schnell. Das Auto war nicht ganz neu, 5 Jahre alt. Könnte für den Preis etwas neues sein. Der Kindersitz war auch ziemlich benutzt und der Autovermieter konnte den Kindersitz nicht richtig befestigen. Also es war bisschen riskant so mit dem Kindersitz zu fahren. Die AutoÜbergabe war nur 2 Minuten. Sehr schnell! Sonst war alles schnell und freundlich. Kann nur weiter empfehlen.

Very good service. For our vacation on Rhodes in July 2023 we pre- by e-mail 7 place car and it should be a Nissan Evalia, but when the agent came to the hotel, there was a very new VW Caddy and it was very good. All service was very good. We received an e-mail with all instructions and places to visit and the link to the special program too in advance. It was very useful. The price was very good too. And no restrictions on the milleage. We ordered also a booster for child and it was there. Everything was very easy and comfortable (car pick up/drop off was in our hotel). Thanks a lot!

RhoRent vermietet die Wagen unter der Marke "Rhodos Cars" , welche am Flughafen und an vielen Orten auf Rhodos Niederlassungen hat. Wir haben den Wagen vorab online über die Website gebucht und dabei auch Fragen mit dem Mitarbeiter per Chat über die Website geklärt. Der Kobtakt vor Ort im hotel als auch um chat war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die flotte von Rhodos Cars ist sehr gepflegt. Fie Wagen wirken neuwertig. Auch wenn die Abholung im hotel mit etwas Wartezeit verbunden war, würde ich diesen Anbieter uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Alle Kilometer sind inklusive, Null Selbstbehalt bei der Vollkasko und ein kostenloser zweiter Fahrer sind ebenfalls im Preis inbegriffen. Kann man also gut machen. ????

We hired cars from Rhorhodes both in March and August this year. Both times the process was smooth, the cars were great and we would happily use them again in the future for a hassle free experience.

We had a very good expirience with Rhorent cars. The car was new had only 1200km when we got it. Ordered online and was waiting for us at the airport. Very nice people and all set and done very quickly. We would recommend this car rental.

Dikke prima! Alles snel geregeld. Alleen jammer dat ze qua prijzen flink omhoog zijn gegaan, toch zijn ze vaak nog goedkoper dan concurrenten.

Reserve a car easily online, hardly any waiting time at the counter itself. The only thing that was a bit difficult to find was the counter, as apparently several companies are under one roof. At the airport they can be found under Rhodes Cars. The cars themselves are not the newest models and already have a few scratches. The return just as easy.

I was very happy with the service they provided, quick and hassle free but I wanted a Peugeot 2008 where they didn’t have it on the spot so they said I’ll be getting an upgrade… where I got a Dacia which to me is a big downgrade for the money I paid, other than that it was great

Fast and efficient service both when picking up the vehicle and when returning it. Attentive staff. Vehicle in good condition (18,000 km on the clock). Only negative point. The vehicle reserved online was not available.
