A truly excellent experience! Booking from home was a breeze. We had booked a Fiat 500 Cabrio, but due to limited availability, we received a free upgrade to a Fiat 500X open top. Thanks to our pre-booked reservation, all the necessary paperwork for pickup was perfectly prepared. Payment was made at the start of the rental, documents were checked – all in under 5 minutes. Then we went to the "kiosk" where we picked up the car and keys, and later returned it. There, the car's condition and mileage were documented, and off we went. Excellent value for money! Renting the car was really easy. After booking online, with no payment or credit card required, once we arrived at Rhodes airport, picking up the car was quick and easy. The Rhorent office is located at the airport, where we paid and picked up the car. Dropping it off was just as easy. It's cheaper if you book at least a week in advance, but at €210 for 7 days, with no excess, no credit card, and full coverage, it's a truly excellent price. I highly recommend it.

Rhorent is an amazing company. The online reservation process was quick and easy, they do not require any prepayment and you can even pay in cash when you arrive. The staff, both during pick up and drop off, were extremely friendly and professional, and everything was fast. We didn’t like the car that we got (nothing was wrong with it, it was brand new and impeccable, I just don’t like Fiats), but their manager Mr. Savvas was an email away and he arranged a replacement vehicle the next morning! I didn’t expect them to do this, but this shows that they not only want to rent you a car, but they also want you to be happy. Kudos to Savvas and the team, and I am certain anyone booking a car through this company will be a happy customer!

My family group rented two vehicles for a week from Rhorent and were both happy with our experience. We didn't have to pay until we collected our vehicles, and there were no add-ons that many car rental companies insist on adding. As long as vehicles are returned with the same amount of fuel and no damage as with ours, the hanback process took 5 minutes. If we return to Rhodes we'll definitely use them again.

The agency is located opposite the airport. No shuttle to wait for, which is a real time-saver. The car was practically new and exactly as we expected. All the formalities were handled very quickly on both arrival and departure. The best part: a free second driver. I highly recommend them.
