Freundlich, schnell, direkt am Flughafen und ein fairer Preis. Einzig die Tankregelung ist etwas ungünstig (gleich zurückbringen wie übernommen anstelle von voll/voll).

We had a C3 for a week. Consistently clean vehicles and super friendly staff. There was also no waiting time at the counter, the vehicles are parked directly at the airport and the return was quick and unproblematic. A quick look at the fuel gauge, a quick walk around it and you're done. A short-term change to the rental period was made without any problems one day before arrival. Cancellation was done via email. New booking was even cheaper. 177 euros including comprehensive insurance and no deductible is 1a. The hotel transfer is not much cheaper. We were there for 7 days and were able to go on various excursions on our own.

Kommunikation per Email war sehr schnell. Im Flughafen ging es mit Mietvertrag auch sehr schnell. Das Auto war nicht ganz neu, 5 Jahre alt. Könnte für den Preis etwas neues sein. Der Kindersitz war auch ziemlich benutzt und der Autovermieter konnte den Kindersitz nicht richtig befestigen. Also es war bisschen riskant so mit dem Kindersitz zu fahren. Die AutoÜbergabe war nur 2 Minuten. Sehr schnell! Sonst war alles schnell und freundlich. Kann nur weiter empfehlen.

Alles super geklappt, zwar haben wir statt einem Citroen C3 einen Toyota Yaris bekommen aber zwei Koffer plus Buggy, Rucksack und einer Tasche fanden dort auch ihren Platz. Einzigster Punkt Abzug, die Kindersitze könnten wirklich mal gereinigt werden, das war nicht so toll. Auch wenn es dem Kind selbst egal ist aber als Erwachsener wünscht man sich schon etwas gepflegteres.

I got an almost new Opel Crossland that was in absolute top condition inside and out. The car was fueled up and ready to go. Dropping it off is so easy, just leave it in the hotel parking lot and hand the key at reception and you're done. I have never had such perfect service, absolutely recommended. Thank you very much

Es gibt vermutlich günstigere Leihfahrzeuge auf Rhodos, zumindest werden diese so bei einer Googlesuche angezeigt. Wir haben uns trotzdem für RhoRent entschieden, weil uns der Bring- und Abholdienst sehr zusagte. Die im Übrigen sehr unproblematisch, zuverlässig und einfach verlief. Dies gilt auch für die Buchung über das Webfrontend und die darüber abgeschlossenen Versicherungen inklusive Zusätze. Wir erhielten UMGEHEND eine Bestätigung eine Abbuchung von der Kreditkarte war nicht erforderlich. Und hat der Service sehr zugesagt. Immer wieder gern.
