Excellent communication with the rental service by email. Immediate responsiveness in the event of a problem (cancellation of our flight on the same day of our departure). We were still able to have our car the next day. I recommend and will use Rhorent again for the next rental. THANKS.

Really easy to book and you can get the car delivered to your hotel and collected too at no extra cost. A very good service and Yndrit is a really good guy and explained everything with tips on finding all the good places.

We were actually very satisfied. We had the car delivered to the hotel. The young man arrived extremely punctually for the agreed handover. In no time and all the data was checked. Car clean, ordered child seat was ready (also clean). Now here's my point: we ordered a car with a higher step-in (Citroen C3) and got a Clio with a very low step-in. It's a shame that spoiled our excursions a little, but we would rent here again at any time, all in all very uncomplicated transaction. It should also be said that the child seats at a relatively low price are also of good quality - that surprised us. Therefore still a full 5 stars.

A touch of freedom and the opportunity to take a more comprehensive look at the larger island. Drop off and pick up went well and the car did its job without any grumbling or growling. The fuel consumption was also great, for a small car. We will be happy to be customers here again and wish all customers a great season and a safe journey.

Super easy start to finish. We made our booking online a week or so before our holiday, walked a few minutes out of the airport terminal doors to the Rhorent car hire pick up point and the car was ready for us. We had chosen economy as there were only two of us, we received a brand new Peugeot that had only 20 miles on it. We used the car for seven days to initially get us to our hotel and then explore Rhodes. So much more convenient to decide where (or if) we wanted to go each morning. Around €50 of petrol got us 320 kilometres which was enough to travel down to Prasonisi beach and a couple of trips to Lindos as well as the more local drives on the other days. I would definitely use Rhorent again.

Firstly the service is impeccable. By completing the paperwork in advance you save a lot of time at the airport. From arriving at the car hire desk, paying and walking to the nearby car collection point and driving away was less than 15 minutes. The staff at the collection / drop off point are super efficient and very honest. They thankfully took pictures of the car before handing me the keys. I say this, as we did not notice scratches on the bumper and subsequently thought that somebody had reversed into us whilst the car was parked. I emailed them in advance and sent them a photo, however when we dropped off the car the man smiled and said "it was not you" and showed us the photo he had taken 10 days previous. He could have not been so honest and charged us the €40 admin fee. Thank you Rhorent / Rodos! I will definitely use you again.

Both picking up the car and returning it went incredibly quickly. The employees were very friendly, tried hard and all concerns could be dealt with quickly. Car was great! The price-performance ratio is really unbeatable.

Having rented cars in many locations I found Rhorent to be amongst the most professional that I have dealt with. The car, which was almost new, was delivered to the hotel at No extra cost and all insurance was included in the price with no excess and no funds blocked on the credit card. The car came with a full tank of fuel and to be returned full so that you only pay for what you use. Top marks to this company which I highly recommend

Freundliches Personal und guter service. Auch wenn einmal etwas schief läuft dann wird sich schnell gekümmert.

Zeer plezierig bedrijf. Alles volledig volgend afspraak. Zelf een foutje gemaakt qua aankomsttijd. Men deed er niet moeilijk over en kwam enkele uren later opnieuw bij het hotel aan. Contact via mail, app en telefoon. Gewoon goed. Jeep Wranger was al wat ouder en daardoor niet 100%. Dit mocht de pret niet drukken. Was een fantastische auto om het eiland te bezoeken. Men gaf aan dat de nieuwe Jeep onderweg was, volgend jaar die dan maar proberen ????. Top bedrijf. Dank jullie wel!

Freundlich, schnell, direkt am Flughafen und ein fairer Preis. Einzig die Tankregelung ist etwas ungünstig (gleich zurückbringen wie übernommen anstelle von voll/voll).

service simple et rapide. voiture très bien entretenue. pas de caution. paiement pour une semaine avec livraison à l'hôtel, ça c'est le pied, car après on dépose les clés à l'accueil ! seul bémol, le gps... pas de gps inclus dans la voiture et impossible d'utiliser android auto. dommage mais ça ne mérite pas d'enlever une étoile.
