We rented a small car in September, but on day 3 we had a problem that resolved itself fairly quickly. It happens, of course, so I texted the rental company. Within a few minutes, they replied with the address of their workshop/location near our hotel. After a check by the mechanic, it turned out a part was broken, so we immediately received a free upgrade. Yes, they are cars with a few kilometers on the odometer (both around 40,000), but the service was excellent. That's what matters most to us! Pickup and drop-off were hassle-free.

Last week we rented a Caddy for 7 days, including child seats. Everything went smoothly, from the online booking to pickup and return. I got the details mixed up online, but this was easily corrected afterward. The car was practically new with only 8,000 km on the clock, both seats were there, and minor pre-existing damage was already documented. The only slight drawback was that the navigation system wasn't activated, which is essential when you're in a foreign country. However, I was able to use Android Connect on my phone to get around this. Otherwise, it was excellent, and we'd gladly rent from them again!

Perfect. Located 100m from the airport. You can drop off your vehicle outside of opening hours using a key box. I rented a car for 9 days and drove all around the island without any problems.
