Hustle free online booking with online pre-fill form for documentation. Payment in advance not needed. Did not receive Toyota Aygo but similar in this class. Suzuki Ignis Automatic- toyota has better automatic transmission. But you feel it only when going from standstill in 1st gear or reverse. Not giving 5 stars because of one BIG disadvantage which other companies do not make - and this is GAS TANK - SAME TO SAME - you will never hit same to same - Always will leave more in tank which costs you your money. Europe car rental services always doing FULL TO FULL. You receive car with full tank and you are then handing it over with Full tank . This same to same policy makes the company to profit on non-used gas left in tank. Except of this good experience with new’ish looking car . Suzuki Ignis automatic is thin and this is a benefit in tight streets of Rhodes or when passing a bus on tight roads.

Troszkę zabrakło do 5 gwiazdek, ale nadal polecamy tę firmę i prawdopodobnie w przyszłości byśmy ponownie skorzystali z ich oferty. Jeżeli chodzi o formalności, cenę oraz same wydanie i oddanie samochodu to wszystko przebiegło bezproblemowo i bardzo sprawnie (kwestia kilku minut). Zamówiliśmy Suzuki Ignis a na lotnisku dostaliśmy informację, że będziemy mieli Toyotę Yaris. Wiemy, że to co prawda ta sama "klasa" samochodu, ale my woleliśmy trochę krótszy ale za to wyższy samochód ze względów zdrowotnych partnerki (lepiej znosi chorobę lokomocyjną na drogach z serpentynami oraz mocnymi zakrętami). Coś, co pozostawiło lekki niesmak to ilość benzyny zatankowanej na początku czyli 2/8 baku. Dodatkowo po odpaleniu samochodu na drugi dzień przywitała nas informacja samochodu, że jedna opona ma dużo niższe ciśnienie niż reszta. Musieliśmy dopompować 2 razy na stacji, bo w samochodzie nie było jakiejkolwiek pompki. Rozumiem dlaczego nie ma koła zapasowego, ale brak pompki nie jestem w stanie zrozumieć. Na duży plus czystość samochodu. Jeżeli chodzi o aspekty techniczne to nie mieliśmy dalszych problemów. Samo auto jak na 34000km jeżdżone wcześniej przez pewnie bardzo wiele klientów w różnych warunkach sprawiało wrażenie dobrego. Cena z pełnym ubezpieczeniem również bardzo fair. Pozdrawiamy pracowników na lotnisku oraz na parkingu lotniska, byli bardzo mili i pomocni :)

Use RhoRent (also known as Rodos Cars). The biggest and best hire company on the whole of Rhodes. Save yourself the time I spent on researching which hire company to use and trust me RhoRent are the bees knees! Don't book through your airline and have inferior optialso with hidden charges and very bad reviews. The price is very reasonable for all that you get. No hidden deposit charges were held against a card. They include an extra driver for free. They include a full damage waiver (no excess). I would advise paying the small amount to add on Super full damage waiver with no excess, including Wheels, Underside, and Glass (WUG). It's €50 to take away any stress or worries while you enjoy your holiday. The staff were helpful and friendly. Pick-up and drop-off were so quick and simple, I felt like I had to double check that we had coveted everything. Absolutely perfect, 10/10. I would use it again and will recommend it to others.
All was perfect, pick up car 15 minutes after landing, everybody was very friendly. Car was almost new only 10000 km. I had Citroen C3 and worked very well. I drive 450 km for 3 days and was almost everywhere on Island.

Everything went very easily and conveniently for a first timer! Booked on time, the price was also affordable, and since the start and return are at the airport, it saves on transportation as well. The car was very clean and functional. Service good. We went around the whole island and got to see and experience all kinds of new things, driving on the island is easy, the driving culture is relaxed. I recommend! Remember to take your own USB-A cable with you, so you can charge your phone in the car and use e.g. Spotify and Google Maps on the car's screen. When my wall charger had a c-end on both ends, it was not usable in the car.
