I had an outstanding experience with Rhorent during my 3-day trip to Rhodes and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I made my reservation online just four days before my trip, choosing a Toyota Vitz with full comprehensive insurance. The booking process was simple, and I didn't have to pay anything upfront. The very next day, I received a confirmation email with clear instructions and all the information I needed before arriving. When I landed at Rhodes Airport, everything went exactly as promised. I went straight to the Rhorent desk inside the airport, and the paperwork took no more than two minutes. I was upgraded free of charge from the Toyota Vitz to a Jeep Avenger, which was in excellent condition and perfect for exploring Rhodes. There was no deposit required, and within another couple of minutes I was driving away from their airport parking lot. The Jeep performed brilliantly throughout the trip, and it was clear that Rhorent maintains its fleet to a very high standard. In fact, I noticed their cars all over the island, which says a lot about their reputation and popularity. Returning the car was just as easy. I dropped it off at their airport parking lot, where it was inspected in about two minutes, and I was on my way to my flight without any hassle. From the seamless booking process and excellent communication to the free upgrade, no-deposit policy, and incredibly fast pickup and return, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better car rental experience. I can't recommend Rhorent highly enough. If you're visiting Rhodes and need a reliable, professional, and hassle-free car rental company, this is the one to choose!
Such an easy service to use, found Rhorent online the night before (around 8pm) choose the car and booked it, it didn’t ask for a deposit there and then, had a confirmation email and the car was delivered the next morning 11am, paid in cash for the three days, and they took a card number for any pos insurance claims, (there wasn't any) left the car at reception when we were done, key under mat. Job done! Easy peasy, and a fair price also! Would highly recommend. Adrian.

Great rental service with no deposit required when choosing full insurance. Everything was as agreed. We were able to pick up the car an hour earlier. The cars were very well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

A truly excellent experience! Booking from home was a breeze. We had booked a Fiat 500 Cabrio, but due to limited availability, we received a free upgrade to a Fiat 500X open top. Thanks to our pre-booked reservation, all the necessary paperwork for pickup was perfectly prepared. Payment was made at the start of the rental, documents were checked – all in under 5 minutes. Then we went to the "kiosk" where we picked up the car and keys, and later returned it. There, the car's condition and mileage were documented, and off we went. Excellent value for money! Renting the car was really easy. After booking online, with no payment or credit card required, once we arrived at Rhodes airport, picking up the car was quick and easy. The Rhorent office is located at the airport, where we paid and picked up the car. Dropping it off was just as easy. It's cheaper if you book at least a week in advance, but at €210 for 7 days, with no excess, no credit card, and full coverage, it's a truly excellent price. I highly recommend it.
