Confirmation and notification came immediately via email that the car would be handed over to the hotel at 8:15 a.m. The car rental employee showed up on time, briefly signed the contract, then handed over the New Beetle convertible with instructions, that was it. Everything I had requested e.g. B. full insurance coverage or a booster seat for the child has been fulfilled. The very friendly employee also asked about the excursion destinations, pulled out a map and marked more pleasant routes, free parking spaces, etc. I can recommend this car rental company with a clear conscience. This was our first time booking a car with Rhorent Rent A Car. Everything went great! The service was top notch. They brought the car to our hotel, and when we returned the car, they delivered us to the port for our ferry. While using the car, we got a flat tire, but with the help of the company's service, this problem was fixed in an hour. A specialist came and fixed everything. Have rented a minibus (9 seats). Everything was great. The transfer at the airport was done in 15 minutes. Pay the vehicle (no deposit beforehand), collect the key and walk to the parking lot. The vehicle had 3-4 minor imperfections that I photographed. Handover was at the airport at 4:15 a.m., where we dropped the key into the box. Will book there again.
Einfache Buchung, netter Service direkt vor Ort in Hotel. Wäre nur einfacher, wenn direkt klar wäre, dass Rhorent und Rhodos Cars dieselbe Firma sind. Das Fahrzeug war sauber, relativ neu und in Ordnung. Die Übergabe lief problemlos.

We had a C3 for a week. Consistently clean vehicles and super friendly staff. There was also no waiting time at the counter, the vehicles are parked directly at the airport and the return was quick and unproblematic. A quick look at the fuel gauge, a quick walk around it and you're done. A short-term change to the rental period was made without any problems one day before arrival. Cancellation was done via email. New booking was even cheaper. 177 euros including comprehensive insurance and no deductible is 1a. The hotel transfer is not much cheaper. We were there for 7 days and were able to go on various excursions on our own.
I took a car for 11 days on June 23, Peugeot 208 on the mechanics, almost new, 32 euros per day, no deposit. We met at the port, it was possible to pay at least with a card, at least in cash. We traveled all over Rhodes far and wide, there are no mileage restrictions. I handed it over at the port, just left the keys under the mat and slammed the door. Wir haben für eine Woche einen Citroen C3 gemietet und sind sehr zufrieden. Das Auto war in einem tadellosen, sauberen Zustand. Wir brauchten bei der Reservierung keine Anzahlung leisten sondern erst vor Ort bezahlen. Wichtig war uns, dass wir das Fahrzeug direkt am Flughafen übernehmen konnten, es war kein Shuttle-Dienst erforderlich. Und der Preis war ebenfalls top. Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen.
Hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Nach Reifenpanne schneller und unkomplizierter Wagentausch.
Esperienza, molto positiva. L'auto assegnata, nuova con pochissimi km, è stata di una categoria superiore rispetto alla prenotazione. Consegnata pulita da personale attento e simpatico. Veloci nello svolgere la pratica sia di consegna e riconsegna. Miglior rapporto qualità prezzo senza sorprese (consiglio con 24 euro in più di completare la CASCO). Se dovessi tornare a Rodi, senza dubbio mi rivolgerò a loro.. Grazie.
Arriving in Rhodes, we went to the airport agency where we paid for the rental. Then we collected the car without any problems! You just have to return the car with a full tank (and obviously not too dirty!) On the way back, no worries for us, they are professionals! I recommend the agency!!

Negative: Filling out the contract and paying by credit card at the car (standing) inappropriate. I would have expected it to be handled in the hotel lobby. Annoying: When I booked online, I had expressly asked for the car to be handed over with a full tank. This was ignored, tank was only a quarter full. Sorry, but that's the old scam, according to which the landlord hopes that the tank will be fuller after the return than when it was handed over.
