We rented a car for one week long, with fully insurance (have to pay 0€ for any demage). I was surprised, because a small car was booked (Toyota Aygo, Citroen C1, etc), and we got a bigger one (C3). And it was a BRAND NEW CAR! The workers were kind. Negative: the menu of car was Italian, I coud not change it. I recomend this company for everyone.

I have been away to different places all over the world(including Greece, previously) & hired cars in most destinations but I can safely say I don't think I have ever had such a hassle free more simple transaction than I did with these guys. Right from the very start when booking it online & filling out the pre collection form it was simple & stress free & that I'm so happy to say is how it continued. When we arrived at their reception desk in the airport foyet we were greeted with a smile & confidence with no hidden charges or any complications. We were told where to go & collect our car with clear instructions & bid a happy farewell. Collecting the car was even simpler, we walked to the office in the car park outside, gave them our details & were shown to our car. After a quick inspection we were handed the keys & off we went. The car was clean & did everything it was supposed to so we were happy. Upon our return the simplicity never changed, we parked up in one of their spaces & was greeted by a happy gentleman who checked the car over quickly then shook my hand & off we went, all on all it must've taken us literally 3 minutes to hand the car back & head off to the departure lounge. Like I said, a very pleasant experience from start to finish. If we ever return to Rhodes I will most definitely be using them again. A 5☆ customer rating from us & thank you so much for starting our holiday in the best possible way.

We rented a car (small car) here for 9 days in June. Everything went well, the car was even brought to the hotel earlier (time) without extra charge. The total price included a second driver and the complete insurance without self-service. Good value for money. The lady who brought us the car was very friendly and explained everything to us well. The car was relatively new and had no quirks or similar, everything was in working order. We were very satisfied.

We had booked the rental car online in advance. The handover at the airport terminal was quick and uncomplicated. The delivery also went smoothly. Full recommendation from us and also many thanks to the very friendly staff!

Je vidět, že Vaše služby jsou na vysoké úrovni a my Vás všem s klidným srdcem můžeme doporučit. Snad jen návrh na zlepšení: v informaci posíláte foto kiosku na parkovišti, a prodejní místo v letištní hale, kde není zřetelný nápis Rhorent, pouze Rodos cars, což může způsobit, že je zákazníci považují za jinou firmu.

Quick collection and return of the car, professional and friendly service, rental shop right at the airport. I received a different car than what I ordered, i.e. larger and more expensive, without changing the price, which is a plus for me. People who are concerned about receiving a different car than they ordered or having to pay 40 Euro in the event of damage to the wheels should carefully read and READ the information available when booking a car.

Have rented a minibus (9 seats). Everything was great. The transfer at the airport was done in 15 minutes. Pay the vehicle (no deposit beforehand), collect the key and walk to the parking lot. The vehicle had 3-4 minor imperfections that I photographed. Handover was at the airport at 4:15 a.m., where we dropped the key into the box. Will book there again.

Everything was arranged well and we received an excellent car at the airport, it is a 150 meter walk to pick up the car and return it, everything was handled quickly. Kudos!!!!

We rented a Yaris hybrid online to Rhodes airport. Already on the second day, the engine fault light came on (54k driven). A call to rhorent, a picture of the dashboard lights on WhatsApp and clear instructions. The new car was almost in use. I recommend. I got to see places according to my own schedule.

Rented car via website, everything was ok, no deposit needed (initially i thought there might be a scam but its not) Car was fresh and clean with low mileage, as well as decent child seat. Few downsides - in my booking there was a vw polo and there isn't any notice on site that it might be different car in same class; also seems like there was some issue with car as it produced loud noise during high speeds. Easy checkout, all is good. Recommend!

Of course a little upset that instead of Citroen C3 we were given Opel. The car was slightly dirty and greasy inside. And we liked the service. They were always in touch, they explained everything and a big plus that we didn’t have to go for the car and it was delivered to us directly to the hotel. The car itself was very economical. The keys were also given back just at the reception. We did not photograph the car itself, for that there is a photograph from the car on the "kiss of two seas". Have a good rest and safe roads!

Nice cars and friendly service. We booked a VW Beetle Cabrio, but got upgraded to VW T-Roc Cabrio. The prices are somewhat high, but this seems to be the price level everywhere in Rhodos. Recommend to choose a car with manual transmission, instead of automatic, as there is no franchise (own participation in case of damage).
