Easy booking - perfect communication for clarifications - immediate and fast payment and disposal of the car with a polite smile and friendly service. The car was new - clean and I was upgraded to the class I requested at no extra charge. Well done to all of you, only with such quality services will we be able to have a worthwhile and satisfying tourism.

We were actually very satisfied. We had the car delivered to the hotel. The young man arrived extremely punctually for the agreed handover. In no time and all the data was checked. Car clean, ordered child seat was ready (also clean). Now here's my point: we ordered a car with a higher step-in (Citroen C3) and got a Clio with a very low step-in. It's a shame that spoiled our excursions a little, but we would rent here again at any time, all in all very uncomplicated transaction. It should also be said that the child seats at a relatively low price are also of good quality - that surprised us. Therefore still a full 5 stars.

Rented several times from this company, the service has always been great, prices are fair even for a full insurance. They were always very helpful even when we ordered the wrong car by mistake. Will definitely order again from Rhorent.

Heel goede service en vertrouwbaar mensen. De auto was heel mooi en gratis upgrade naar Jeep Compus. Enige min punt was, moet je wel bijbetalen voor een volledig verzekering. Maar dat was een goede keuze , omdat we een kop en staat ongeluk hebben gehad. Ze zijn ons goed verzorgd na het accident. We hoefden niks te doen. Aanrader deze bedrijf.

We've arrived at Rhodes for a week vacation and rented a car directly from Rhorent at the Airport. We've made a pre-reservation for a car online and after landing it took us 20-30 minutes tops to be with the keys after the initial check up. We got the type of car we asked for an honestly we've had a great experience renting the car. Normally you have long wait times at the reception, bad customer service (from experience renting from bigger national companies) - however with Rhonet , everything was great and to be honest surprising how well arranged. It seems like they are the biggest company on the island and for a good reason.

Everything in perfect order, nice staff and great price

We rented a car here from a very nice woman who also spoke German. The process was quite simple, driver's license, personal ID. and paid in cash. Credit card would have worked without entering the system. (unnecessary data collection) Contract filled out and vehicle received. We were able to park the car in front of our hotel and leave the key at the reception in the hotel opposite. The vehicle was great, Fiat 500, but not advisable for the mountains, the little one was struggling ???? One more note: The car rental company belongs to the rental company Rodos Cars.

Esperienza, molto positiva. L'auto assegnata, nuova con pochissimi km, è stata di una categoria superiore rispetto alla prenotazione. Consegnata pulita da personale attento e simpatico. Veloci nello svolgere la pratica sia di consegna e riconsegna. Miglior rapporto qualità prezzo senza sorprese (consiglio con 24 euro in più di completare la CASCO). Se dovessi tornare a Rodi, senza dubbio mi rivolgerò a loro.. Grazie.

We booked the car in advance for 11 days and booked it into the hotel. Everything was very unproblematic. The handover and return were very relaxed and the car was in very good condition. The price was also okay. Very nice service.

The car rental was awesome. Easy handling at the airport and easy pick-up at the hotel without any problems. We had a Jeep Compass Automatic. Car was clean and very well maintained. It was fine for 5 people, ideal for 4. We achieved everything we wanted.

Alles reibungslos, schönes Auto, nettes Personal, preiswert. Einfach toll. Wenn alle so wären würden die Mietfirmen ihre Umsätze explodieren sehen, aber zu doof vielleicht und auf der Suche nach Tricks um kurzfristige Einnahmen zu erhöhen. Bravo und Danke Rhorent
