It was fast and easy to rent car, pick up and drop off... so convenient at the airport.
I made a reservation online. I had a delay, initially .... BUT, 2 minutes to pick up and 1 minute to hand over :) . It was a good decision. Car manufactured in 2023, clean. I will recommend them!
It was a very good experience from the very easy way to reserve the car on the website, the quick pick-up and the drop off the car, communication by mail, etc. The most important thing was the way they reacted when I had a minor problem (the socket didn't work to charge my phone) and following my complaint, my car was replaced. Kudos for your customer care.

Předchozí recenze mluví za vše. Konečně půjčovna kde nepotřebujete kreditku ani velký obnos v hotovosti, nesnaží se vám při předání prodat vyšší třídu auta a neřeší nesmysly. Perfektní zkušenost, kéž by takhle fungovaly všechny půjčovny.

We rented a car (small car) here for 9 days in June. Everything went well, the car was even brought to the hotel earlier (time) without extra charge. The total price included a second driver and the complete insurance without self-service. Good value for money. The lady who brought us the car was very friendly and explained everything to us well. The car was relatively new and had no quirks or similar, everything was in working order. We were very satisfied.
Rented a car for family holidays. Everything went smoothly. Car was delivered at our hotel as I had asked and returned at the airport in no time. Totally recommended. For sure I will be rent a car with them in case I visit Rhodes again in the future.
We booked the car in advance through the website. It was agreed that we would be able to receive this at our hotel at 9 a.m. on the day in question. We were contacted by phone the day before that it was already 8 a.m. The contact via e-mail always worked without any problems and we received a quick, friendly answer. The employee then appeared punctually at our hotel and the handover went smoothly, easily and quickly. We got an almost new Opel Corsa and were very satisfied. Wir haben für eine Woche einen Citroen C3 gemietet und sind sehr zufrieden. Das Auto war in einem tadellosen, sauberen Zustand. Wir brauchten bei der Reservierung keine Anzahlung leisten sondern erst vor Ort bezahlen. Wichtig war uns, dass wir das Fahrzeug direkt am Flughafen übernehmen konnten, es war kein Shuttle-Dienst erforderlich. Und der Preis war ebenfalls top. Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich hatte mich diesmal besonders informiert, da ich letztes Mal auf Sardinien abgezockt wurde mit dem Kreditkarten Trick - den ich auf Rhodos auch wieder mehrfach gelesen habe. Dann habe ich über Google Karten einen Anbieter gesucht, da über Check24 oder sonstige Seiten nur noch die Abzockerfirmen gelistet sind. Es war eine super Wahl und die tollen Bewertungen sprechen wirklich für sich. Sehr zu empfehlen, sehr netter Kontakt bzw Mitarbeiter, freundlich, lachend auf einen zukommend. Mit dem Auto war alles super so wie bestellt. Bei der Rückgabe auch total easy und unkompliziert. Ich empfehle diese Autovermietung sehr und würde sie immer wieder wählen. TOP - 10 Sterne ????
