We were actually very satisfied. We had the car delivered to the hotel. The young man arrived extremely punctually for the agreed handover. In no time and all the data was checked. Car clean, ordered child seat was ready (also clean). Now here's my point: we ordered a car with a higher step-in (Citroen C3) and got a Clio with a very low step-in. It's a shame that spoiled our excursions a little, but we would rent here again at any time, all in all very uncomplicated transaction. It should also be said that the child seats at a relatively low price are also of good quality - that surprised us. Therefore still a full 5 stars.

We rented a car from the car rental company for 6 days and were very satisfied. We had a flat tire on the second day and it was repaired immediately so we could continue using our car. Thank you very much for the great experience.

Easy rental and great service. The process from searching, to booking and arrival was easy, with communication from Rhorent/Rodos Cars throughout. The desk is in the terminal, with the cars just outside, so a few steps walk and seem to be offices all over the island if you booked in resort. Car was clean and tidy, ready to go on our arrival and the team were lovely. Drop-off just as quick and easy, so thank you for a great service and when we come back, no question, I will use Rhorent again.

The car rental was awesome. Easy handling at the airport and easy pick-up at the hotel without any problems. We had a Jeep Compass Automatic. Car was clean and very well maintained. It was fine for 5 people, ideal for 4. We achieved everything we wanted.

We rented a Yaris hybrid online to Rhodes airport. Already on the second day, the engine fault light came on (54k driven). A call to rhorent, a picture of the dashboard lights on WhatsApp and clear instructions. The new car was almost in use. I recommend. I got to see places according to my own schedule.

Fast pickup at the service desk in the airport. Cars are parked right outside. We got an almost brand-new car. Super easy and hassle free. Return was just the same. Can't be easier.

Для тех, кто прилетает в аэропорт Диагорас, советую именно эту фирму, так как офис находится прямо в зале прилетов аэропорта, а машину вы заберете на парковке у аэропорта. Не будет никаких дополнительных действий, чтобы вас кто-то встречал и отвозил куда-то, как это практикуют другие. Нас было 5 человек, двое взрослых и трое детей. Я заказал Ситроен С-3, получил Тойоту Ярис. Остался доволен, потому что Тойота была абсолютно новой и экономичной. За неделю мы проехали остров вдоль и поперек от края до края, и расходовали немногим больше половины бака. Сотрудники фирмы не мелочные, и не придирчивые. Никаких дополнительных сюрпризов и выплат вас не ждет. Мы арендовали машину на неделю, взяли полную страховку, поэтому никаких залогов не оставляли. Забрали и вернули с полным баком. И все это нам обошлось по цене двух поездок на такси для нашей семьи. Остался очень доволен и всячески рекомендую. Быстро, оперативно, удобно.

Une très bonne agence de location de voiture. Leur bureau est dans l’aéroport de Rhodes. Accueil très sympathique et rapide. La voiture est à récupérer sur un parking juste devant l’aéroport. Pas de caution surprise, pas de surplus d’assurance non prévu. Au retour, tout est très rapide aussi. La vérification est faite en 2 minutes. Le personnel est très sympathique !

The car rental process went flawlessly from start to finish. The company conveniently delivered the car directly to my hotel, allowing me to sign the necessary paperwork within just a few minutes. The car itself was in excellent condition and performed without any issues throughout the rental period. Returning the car was equally hassle-free, as their office was located within walking distance from the airport, making it easy and convenient for me to drop it off before my flight.

Předchozí recenze mluví za vše. Konečně půjčovna kde nepotřebujete kreditku ani velký obnos v hotovosti, nesnaží se vám při předání prodat vyšší třídu auta a neřeší nesmysly. Perfektní zkušenost, kéž by takhle fungovaly všechny půjčovny.

Have rented a minibus (9 seats). Everything was great. The transfer at the airport was done in 15 minutes. Pay the vehicle (no deposit beforehand), collect the key and walk to the parking lot. The vehicle had 3-4 minor imperfections that I photographed. Handover was at the airport at 4:15 a.m., where we dropped the key into the box. Will book there again.
