Rented a Citroen for 10days. The lady at the hotel reception on pick-up was friendly and helpful and the car was clean and well maintained. All in a great company to hire from and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to explore Rhodes

Excellent car rental service! No departure deposit. We quickly collected the vehicle at Rhodes airport and returned it to the ferry port parking lot, simply leaving the key under the driver's mat. Really very good value for money!

Perfect service. You can rent the car even without having a credit card but using a normal debit card. Staff in the very kind office are very clear and also the team of guys who then deliver the car are very helpful.

Good aspects: Super Quick Car pick-up and drop. Decent car quality, Good price (It was just the start of the season so expected). Its obvious they are market leaders because you can spot their cars everywhere. Could improve on: Customer care: My Key Battery needed replacement on Day 3 of my trip. There was an agent in the Hotel I was staying and I approached me. He said I will have to either drive 30 kms to the main office or then “hope” that battery doesnt die on me, and if it does, I need to call emergency. I said thanks and changed the battery myself. Ideally they should have spare things or some other mechanism to address this issue. They had nothing. Car maintenance: On the 5th day of the trip, the car showed me a warning of “losing air pressure in tyres”.From the key experience I decided to ask the Petrol Pump guy to check tyre pressure and he said its fine. The warning message still kept bugging me everytime I started the car

Very Good... but Could Do Better! 27th April 8pm Very easy to book online and the lady at the airport reception desk was lovely. The issue was when I picked up the car, I was not made familiar with it by the gentleman at the outside kiosk. He started the engine, took a few photos and then said “Bye”. I did not know how to connect the Apple Play, how to change the display from Greek to English, where the light switches were, how to open the fuel cap or even how to remove the key (put in Park, engine off and press the key IN before removing). Please spend a bit of time with your customers to ensure they know how everything operates.

The best car hire company I have ever used. Way better the other providers I have used in Rhodes previously. Everything was so easy, from booking online to paying on arrival. Makes it even easier being located on the airport no long transfers or waiting around made the whole process stress free. No hidden extra charges or credit card requirements. Drop off equally as easy. We will never use any one else.

O experienta foarte placuta cu inchirierea la Rhorent, totul decurge foarte rapid atata preluarea cat si predarea masinii. Pret convenabil si totul ok. Nu recomand modelul nou de Fiat Panda, are o motorizare foarte slaba, am ales Panda pentru ca am avut o experienta placuta anul trecut cu modelul vechi diesel, cel nou pe benzina si "hibrid" desi foarte raspandit in Rodos este foarte slab ca putere, abia poti sa urci pantele in viteza a doua. Masina foarte noua (20000km) si foarte curata

The car we requested for hire wasn't available when we arrived but we was given a slightly bigger car which was perfect. No issues finding the office but slightly difficult to find the pick up location in the dark. Friendly and helpful staff and great value car hire. We was also able to pay with debit cards as we don't use a credit card.

I booked the car through the website. It was uncomplicated and I was able to read all the important information. Full to full - it is not specified but it is definitely agreed upon. The car was delivered on time and was in good condition.

This was by far the best and easiest car rental I have ever done. Check in at the airport - quick and friendly. No extra insurance packages offered, we had full insurance to a really fair price. Car was fine, collecting the car took about 2 mins, and bringing the car back during busy times was easy, friendly and quick. Can't emphasize enough how happy we are to have booked with Rhorent. Thanks for this (first) really good experience with a car rental place.

Quickest pick up I’ve ever had with a car rental. On the airport, right outside the terminal, only got positive things to say.????
