service simple et rapide. voiture très bien entretenue. pas de caution. paiement pour une semaine avec livraison à l'hôtel, ça c'est le pied, car après on dépose les clés à l'accueil ! seul bémol, le gps... pas de gps inclus dans la voiture et impossible d'utiliser android auto. dommage mais ça ne mérite pas d'enlever une étoile.

This was by far the best and easiest car rental I have ever done. Check in at the airport - quick and friendly. No extra insurance packages offered, we had full insurance to a really fair price. Car was fine, collecting the car took about 2 mins, and bringing the car back during busy times was easy, friendly and quick. Can't emphasize enough how happy we are to have booked with Rhorent. We didn't book the car until we were already at the hotel. Car was delivered to the hotel parking lot exactly to the minute. To return we just had to park the hotel in the hotel parking lot and hand the key in at reception. It actually couldn't be easier. Price/performance is top.

Leuke auto (weinig pk!!) en goede service. Doen niet moeilijk. Enige nadeel: ze wisten totaal niet hoe ze de LANE ASSIST - duurzaam - moesten uitschakelen. Op de Griekse wegen is dit deze functie namelijk levensgevaarlijk, want je kan niet meer uitwijken voor een voetganger of geit!!

The car we requested for hire wasn't available when we arrived but we was given a slightly bigger car which was perfect. No issues finding the office but slightly difficult to find the pick up location in the dark. Friendly and helpful staff and great value car hire. We was also able to pay with debit cards as we don't use a credit card.

Very satisfied with the service!

We were actually very satisfied. We had the car delivered to the hotel. The young man arrived extremely punctually for the agreed handover. In no time and all the data was checked. Car clean, ordered child seat was ready (also clean). Now here's my point: we ordered a car with a higher step-in (Citroen C3) and got a Clio with a very low step-in. It's a shame that spoiled our excursions a little, but we would rent here again at any time, all in all very uncomplicated transaction. It should also be said that the child seats at a relatively low price are also of good quality - that surprised us. Therefore still a full 5 stars.
