Ordered a Polo TSI DSG type AW from 2018 online in advance for collection around 2 pm, received notification the evening before departure that I had to pick up the next day before 11:30 am, so I had an hour from landing to arrival at hotel (just made it) to hear then that I got a 2016 Yaris Hybrid shoved under my poo with nearly 50k miles.
After confusion on my part about collection times, the colleague came back later in the day to redeliver it. It was great value, an immaculate car and was so easy to organise. Perfect, thanks!
A quick and easy handover. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. The child seats ordered are available. Everything went great on the return trip from the club to the airport. We can only recommend Rhorent!!!

We rented a car for seven days. I paid for a VW Polo online, but when we arrived at the counter, we were given a Citroen C3 instead. Although this was a bit disappointing, we were ultimately satisfied since the car was almost brand new. The process was smooth and straightforward, with no issues at all. I highly recommend this rental company if you need to hire a car in Rhodes.

I ddin't know it was even possible. A car rental company that is actually good. We got a Citroen C3, there is not much upselff because so much is already include in the price which is just convenient and hassle free.
