Full Damage Waiver (FDW) – Included in the Rental Price

For most of our fleet, Full Damage Waiver (FDW) is already included, at no extra cost.

FDW applies to:

• All small and medium category cars
• All minivans

In the event of an accident:

• You are fully covered for vehicle damage
• You have no financial responsibility for damage costs
• Coverage applies as long as the correct accident procedure is followed

No surprises, no hidden fees—this protection is part of your rental from the start.

What to Do in Case of an Accident

If an incident occurs, following the correct steps ensures full insurance coverage:

• Call our 24/7 assistance line immediately
  The number is clearly listed:
  - On your rental contract
  - On the car keys
  - Inside the vehicle
• Remain at the location of the incident
• Wait for official assistance, which may include:
  - Police authorities
  - Insurance representatives

Once this procedure is followed correctly, your coverage remains fully valid.

Optional Extra Coverage – W.U.G. (Wheels, Undercarriage, Glass)

For even greater protection, we offer W.U.G. coverage as an optional upgrade on most car groups.

This coverage protects you from damages even without an accident, including:

• Scratches or damage while parked
• Broken windows or side mirrors
• Wheel or tyre damage
• Undercarriage damage

W.U.G. is ideal for added confidence when driving or parking in unfamiliar areas and protects against unexpected situations beyond the driver’s control.
