We asked for the car to be delivered to our Villa the morning after we arrived as we were on a late flight and had very little instructions how to get to our villa (not on google maps) . The car (the make we booked not the or similar) was already there. The Rodos representative arrived at the designated time to complete the paperwork and hand over the keys. Everything went to plan.

We rented an Audi A3 convertible (automatic) for 5 days . we ewre attrcated by the google reviews and cost. have to say, cost was excellent, but the car was older than I am used to (I normally book Sixt or Avis) - but guess that\'s the price you pay. Booking and pick up was easy although for some reason the lady at the hotel wanted me to signa blank credit card slip aswell as authorising over £900 + the car rental. i refused as who does that anymore and they coul;dn\'t give me a good reason why. We took photos of the whole car on pick up and when we dropped off (as the lady had said there were no marks but there were LOTS). overall I have marked as 4 stars as even though car older than would like and some strange payment practices it was easy, decent quality and cost effective.

Excellent service. We had a problem that somebody scratched our car with a key. We just called and emailed photos of it and they reported it to the police, so we did not have to bother with this during our holiday. I can only recommend, the car was clean, only few years old.

i give them more than 5 stars i use rental cars twice a month around the world i reserved online less then 2 minutes wait and the parking is in front of the departure and another 2 minutes and i got the car was a Golf brand new the stuff very friendly, the website of Rhodos airport don"t mention them but their office is inside the terminal just in front of the arrival and their prices was cheaper than other companies and the insurance was included in the price and the drop off was also very easy thank you

This has to be one of the easiest car rental experiences I have had in a long time. We decided to rent a mini cabriolet for 3 days while on the island of Rhodes. Communication was fantastic and super fast. Car was delivered to hotel and we were ready to go. Communications great, staff really friendly and the car was clean and in good condition. I would make 1 suggestion : Take a car that has some power to climb the somewhat hilly and steep roads on the beautiful island! I can highly recommend Rhorent Rent a Car. .
