Everything was great - quick and without any kind of problems during the obtaining and return of the car. Got the free upgrade to shiny Renault Clio with low mileage. The only minor issue was the absence of washer fluid.
Troszkę zabrakło do 5 gwiazdek, ale nadal polecamy tę firmę i prawdopodobnie w przyszłości byśmy ponownie skorzystali z ich oferty. Jeżeli chodzi o formalności, cenę oraz same wydanie i oddanie samochodu to wszystko przebiegło bezproblemowo i bardzo sprawnie (kwestia kilku minut). Zamówiliśmy Suzuki Ignis a na lotnisku dostaliśmy informację, że będziemy mieli Toyotę Yaris. Wiemy, że to co prawda ta sama "klasa" samochodu, ale my woleliśmy trochę krótszy ale za to wyższy samochód ze względów zdrowotnych partnerki (lepiej znosi chorobę lokomocyjną na drogach z serpentynami oraz mocnymi zakrętami). Coś, co pozostawiło lekki niesmak to ilość benzyny zatankowanej na początku czyli 2/8 baku. Dodatkowo po odpaleniu samochodu na drugi dzień przywitała nas informacja samochodu, że jedna opona ma dużo niższe ciśnienie niż reszta. Musieliśmy dopompować 2 razy na stacji, bo w samochodzie nie było jakiejkolwiek pompki. Rozumiem dlaczego nie ma koła zapasowego, ale brak pompki nie jestem w stanie zrozumieć. Na duży plus czystość samochodu. Jeżeli chodzi o aspekty techniczne to nie mieliśmy dalszych problemów. Samo auto jak na 34000km jeżdżone wcześniej przez pewnie bardzo wiele klientów w różnych warunkach sprawiało wrażenie dobrego. Cena z pełnym ubezpieczeniem również bardzo fair. Pozdrawiamy pracowników na lotnisku oraz na parkingu lotniska, byli bardzo mili i pomocni :)
The car was good year old Citroen C3 in mint condition, arranging everything via internet was a breeze, even when re-scheduled time or arrival was without any issues. Getting and returning a car was superb, even referenced my friend to them as he was traveling one day after me, and he said one of the best experiences also. Would recommend them anytime.
Quickest pick up I’ve ever had with a car rental. On the airport, right outside the terminal, only got positive things to say.????
I made a reservation online. I had a delay, initially .... BUT, 2 minutes to pick up and 1 minute to hand over :) . It was a good decision. Car manufactured in 2023, clean. I will recommend them!

Efficient service
The car we requested for hire wasn't available when we arrived but we was given a slightly bigger car which was perfect. No issues finding the office but slightly difficult to find the pick up location in the dark. Friendly and helpful staff and great value car hire. We was also able to pay with debit cards as we don't use a credit card.
We rented a car here from a very nice woman who also spoke German. The process was quite simple, driver's license, personal ID. and paid in cash. Credit card would have worked without entering the system. (unnecessary data collection) Contract filled out and vehicle received. We were able to park the car in front of our hotel and leave the key at the reception in the hotel opposite. The vehicle was great, Fiat 500, but not advisable for the mountains, the little one was struggling ???? One more note: The car rental company belongs to the rental company Rodos Cars.
Easy car rental. Office at the airport, and the car was used quickly. We got a different car from what we had booked, but our rental car was an "upgrade" (newer and bigger) compared to the original one. The car was clean and there were no defects in the car. Kilometers were unlimited, so you could drive the car anywhere on the island without any worries. Returning the car back to the field took about a minute, the car was received and quickly checked that everything was ok. In addition, Rent a car Rhodes had many offices on the island, so you could imagine the service also works in other situations.
Have rented a minibus (9 seats). Everything was great. The transfer at the airport was done in 15 minutes. Pay the vehicle (no deposit beforehand), collect the key and walk to the parking lot. The vehicle had 3-4 minor imperfections that I photographed. Handover was at the airport at 4:15 a.m., where we dropped the key into the box. Will book there again.
Hello, Rhorent rental car, we can absolutely recommend it. Booked from Germany, with no deposit or hidden costs. We had booked a Polo for 5 days and got an Audi A3 on site at no extra cost. The vehicle was brought to our hotel and picked up. Uncomplicated processing, you could pay in cash or by card. There was also no deposit required. Greetings from a tenant
Just got back from a holiday in Rhodes where we rented a car from Rhorent. When I read the Google reviews before I left I really worried they were a scam as the reviews seemed too formulaic and positive to be real, but happy to confirm they are an actual company! The car I rented was great and the process of picking up and dropping off was really easy. Paying for the fast check out might have been excessive in April though as it was super quiet and no one else was collecting but I can see it being useful at busier times. The only thing that takes off a star here is that we paid for an age 1-4 baby seat and when we went to collect the car there wasn't one available, so there was a bit of a wait to find one which meant we were hanging around with a toddler a lot longer than expected late at night. The seat itself was fine for a holiday (forward facing and belted in but with 5 point harness). My 2.5 year old was happy in it. Worth bringing a sunshade for kids window though as the sun is pretty strong! We paid the full waver and the drop off process was very fast and easy. Didn't at all feel that they were looking for faults/things to charge me. Would definitely rent from here again for future holidays in Rhodes.
Everything worked great! Fair pricing and spectacular service - we got a flat tire and within 30minutes a mechanic was there to fix it and we were well on our way again very soon. Thank you Rhorent!
Within 20 minutes after picking up the luggage from the belt we sat behind the wheel of our car. Very smooth checkin at the desk in the terminal, pick up of the car the same. We got an upgrade free and drove 10 days without any problem with our C3 across the island. Superb !!

Everything was as described. Easy reservation. Fast answers on follow questions. Very fast service at place. If you have a debit/credit card - you can pay by it, and you don't need to leave a cash deposit of 100EUR. The car was perfect. Recommended!
