I have just rented a Volkswagen T rock from Rhorent and I can only recommend this rental company Very competitive price in full insurance. I was able to get my car back in just 10 minutes. Almost new and very clean car. Return made in 5 minutes chrono in front of the airport. You can go there with your eyes closed. Well done Rhorent!!!

I can recommend. We booked the car via web, but the car was too small. They managed to find new bigger car with nice baby seat immediately.

Top car rental in Rhodes. Processing at the counter was quick and friendly. The car was photographed when it was rented, and there was also a small scratch. Upon return there is also a quick check by the staff. Already booked again for next year.

Just got back from Rhodes yesterday. 3 of us hired a small 4 seater car for 7 days. Cute, small, compact. The boot fits 1 large luggage and 1 back pack and the back seats can fit another Medium luggage and several small bags. Fits comfortably for airport/accomm trips. For travelling around - more than enough space for 3 people. Had a little accident (my fault) at traffic stop. Called the team and you will then connect via Whatsapp messaging (not call). They are responsive. Good thing is you can drop ypur location on whatsapp easily so they know where you are. They asked for some details and no more than 20 mins, their team arrives to take photos and also with the replacement car. Paid extra for admin and insurance but that was expected. All in all, everything was sorted in under 1 hour! I Massive Salut the team who kept calm and professional. I guess the driver I hit was also very nice and showed concern, so that helps with the situation. Luckily no more accidents after that. When i returned the car at airport, i requested to check any outstanding bills (just incase) and they said all good. I explained what happened and they also showed concerned and was happy to help. All in all, best experience with car hire so far. A note to all - get your car insurance! Its also good to know what kind of insurance you are getting. If you can spare more, i would say pay it. You never know what can happen! Oh and drive safely. ????. Big big thanks to the team and also grateful I hit an understanding fella. Everyone else was calm - I was the panicking one! I definitely will hire them again next time (will drive safely, promise!) and will recommend others too. Keep up with the good customer service! Epharisto! ????

My best car rental experience ever. I was worried that they were so cheap but the service was excellent. We got upgraded. Check out and return were both fast. We were offered a selection of baby seats and help installing. Their full insurance was very reasonable and covered all risks. Use them!

Je recommande vivement cette agence de location. Voiture en très bon état, un peu plus grande que celle que nous avions réservé initialement. Personnel sympathique, pas de mauvaise surprise et de frais supplémentaires après avoir rendu la voiture. Nous avons récupéré la voiture en milieu de semaine dans le centre ville car des amis avaient déjà une voiture sur place pour le début de la semaine, puis déposé à l'aéroport le jour du départ. Très bonne expérience.

From my initial enquiry to the collection of the car at Rhodes airport last night . I cannot fault the service of this company. Everything is confirmed by email, the website is modern and easy to navigate. Despite other reviews state, the terms of the insurance is explained clearly and you are made fully aware of what is and not covered in the insurance. The collection of the car was perfect thanks to an earlier email asking for advance information which meant we could get our car straight away without having to queue at the desk. The car is virtually brand new and was very clean inside. Finally the link to the Apex travel app enables you to get Google maps guidance to anywhere on the island as well as suggested itineraries for touring the island as well as tips on the best beaches and things to do. Great Hire Firm. Arrived 1 hour late due to delays, soon as I arrived, paper work was ready couple of signatures and keys handed over. Free upgrade to a brand new VW. Full damage cover was taken out so had no headache. Car returned, quick look around and was on my way. Definitely recommended if wanting a hire car in Rhodes ????????????????
