We booked our hire car on the Internet which was a really simple process. The car was delivered to our hotel and the lovely lady who delivered it, checked our documents and explained everything very clearly When the car was due to be given back we just had to give the keys to our hotel reception. The car itself was very nice and exactly what we had asked for. Excellent service all round and we would definitely book with you again. Thank you.

Amazing service from rhorent , I prebooked a golf just one week before with 0 deposit, as soon as we landed the car was ready to go with a full tank of fuel , also we got upgraded with a brand new vw tcross which was great for our suit cases . Would definitely use these again. Thankyou

They are huge in Rhodes . But from what I ,seen cars are pretty old mostly . The car we got had 65 000 km and no Bluetooth connection. But it was important to us so we requasted another. With a bit of effort they gave us Citroën c3 that was nice . Overall ok rent company , but definitely not the best in the area .price was great . If you are not picky what car you getting when it's good value .

Really easy to book and you can get the car delivered to your hotel and collected too at no extra cost. A very good service and Yndrit is a really good guy and explained everything with tips on finding all the good places.

Nice cars and friendly service. We booked a VW Beetle Cabrio, but got upgraded to VW T-Roc Cabrio. The prices are somewhat high, but this seems to be the price level everywhere in Rhodos. Recommend to choose a car with manual transmission, instead of automatic, as there is no franchise (own participation in case of damage).

In Elysium Hotel you have a desk to rent cars from Rodos Cars. That's very comfortable because the cars are available directly in front of the Hotel. We were a little bit complicated till we found the right car for us. But Olga was so helpful and in the end we were happy cruising with our car over the island! Thanks Olga and Rodos Cars! ✌️

RhoRent vermietet die Wagen unter der Marke "Rhodos Cars" , welche am Flughafen und an vielen Orten auf Rhodos Niederlassungen hat. Wir haben den Wagen vorab online über die Website gebucht und dabei auch Fragen mit dem Mitarbeiter per Chat über die Website geklärt. Der Kobtakt vor Ort im hotel als auch um chat war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die flotte von Rhodos Cars ist sehr gepflegt. Fie Wagen wirken neuwertig. Auch wenn die Abholung im hotel mit etwas Wartezeit verbunden war, würde ich diesen Anbieter uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Alle Kilometer sind inklusive, Null Selbstbehalt bei der Vollkasko und ein kostenloser zweiter Fahrer sind ebenfalls im Preis inbegriffen. Kann man also gut machen. ????

We rented an electric VW ID3, the best choice for exploring the island. Drives like a dream. Rhorent will charge the car for you if needed, but the car has range enough 400+ to last more then a week, top service! Very friendly.

Rented a Citroen for 10days. The lady at the hotel reception on pick-up was friendly and helpful and the car was clean and well maintained. All in a great company to hire from and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to explore Rhodes

We rented a Nissan Quashqi for a week. The booking process was simple. Our car was delivered to our hotel, then we began exploring. What a beautiful island! Our car was very new, clean and easily managed some of the hills we encountered. We would definitely rent from Rhorent again, if we returned to Rhodes. Rented a Mini cabrio to drive around on the island for a day. I had some initial questions after booking was done. Sent them by e-mail and got swift responses each time. They dropped the car off at my hotel and everything went smoothly. Definitely to recommend!

Ordered a Polo TSI DSG type AW from 2018 online in advance for collection around 2 pm, received notification the evening before departure that I had to pick up the next day before 11:30 am, so I had an hour from landing to arrival at hotel (just made it) to hear then that I got a 2016 Yaris Hybrid shoved under my poo with nearly 50k miles.

Very good service and cheap too. The car was great and was brought to our accommodation on time and picked up again. Everyone was very nice. Gladly again

Everything went great! Reservation, communication via email (English or German) and hotel pick-up. Value for money is right! An extension of the rental period at a great price was not a problem in the short term. The rental car, a VW Polo, was clean and in good technical condition. We rented a car (small car) here for 9 days in June. Everything went well, the car was even brought to the hotel earlier (time) without extra charge. The total price included a second driver and the complete insurance without self-service. Good value for money. The lady who brought us the car was very friendly and explained everything to us well. The car was relatively new and had no quirks or similar, everything was in working order. We were very satisfied.

We rented a car with Rhorent (Rodos) during a stop on a cruise in the Meditarranean. Communications were clear and the customer experience was excellent. Someone came to the port to pick us up and brought us back to the ship at the end of the day. We highly recommend this car rental place.

I have rented cars for my holidays for many years. Most have been fine, but I have learnt to shy away from the cheaper companys. I also prefer to pick up at the airport but not always. This was one of the best experiences I have had. The car was clean and presentable the reception was polite efficient and swift as was the drop off. What often differentiates a business is how it deals with a problem. A warning light came on half way through the holiday. I rang and within the hour I had a replacement car. Say no more.

Νοίκιασα αυτοκίνητο για 1μιση μέρα. Όλα έγιναν πάρα μα πάρα πολύ απλά και εύκολα. Καθυστέρηση καμία. Παραλαβή του αυτοκινήτου ακριβώς έξω από το αεροδρόμιο. Να σημειώσω ότι το αυτοκίνητο ήταν ολοκαίνουργιο με 2.300 χλμ διανυθέντα. Προτείνεται και φυσικά αν βρεθώ πάλι στο νησί, θα προτιμήσω το εν λόγω γραφείο ενοικίασης οχήματος. Βασικό και η τιμή που ήταν η πιο φθηνή σε όλο το νησί (τουλάχιστον όσο εγώ έψαξα) σε σχέση με την ποιότητα του οχήματος που παρέλαβα.

We rented a car for 1 week. No deposit needed. Booked it, Drove it, filled it back up and gave it back. No trouble or worries at all. Easy to find and cheaper than the others at the airport.

After a lot of research I found Rhorent to be the best value with no hidden extras and fully covered insurance with no big deposit required or excess. Office is in the airport and car outside the door waiting for us, no delays no hassle, great staff. Car was spotless and new. Drop off was quick and painless. Would highly recommend as its a minefield out there trying to find a reliable car rental company.

Always look carefully at the small print and then it is not a problem to rent a car on Rhodes. So we chose this Smart because you get a convertible with all inclusive, which means that for only €18 extra we insured everything with no excess. With other cars or convertibles, a deductible is always due if there is a bang. We rented from Kolymbia station. Very friendly people there and there were no problems when we extended 2 days.

We rented a car for one week long, with fully insurance (have to pay 0€ for any demage). I was surprised, because a small car was booked (Toyota Aygo, Citroen C1, etc), and we got a bigger one (C3). And it was a BRAND NEW CAR! The workers were kind. Negative: the menu of car was Italian, I coud not change it. I recomend this company for everyone.

No deposit, 300EUR for 10days with child seats was the lowest price I could find. No charge for additional driver. Friendly service and no problems on returning the car. Good aspects: Super Quick Car pick-up and drop. Decent car quality, Good price (It was just the start of the season so expected). Its obvious they are market leaders because you can spot their cars everywhere. Could improve on: Customer care: My Key Battery needed replacement on Day 3 of my trip. There was an agent in the Hotel I was staying and I approached me. He said I will have to either drive 30 kms to the main office or then “hope” that battery doesnt die on me, and if it does, I need to call emergency. I said thanks and changed the battery myself. Ideally they should have spare things or some other mechanism to address this issue. They had nothing. Car maintenance: On the 5th day of the trip, the car showed me a warning of “losing air pressure in tyres”.From the key experience I decided to ask the Petrol Pump guy to check tyre pressure and he said its fine. The warning message still kept bugging me everytime I started the car

Of course a little upset that instead of Citroen C3 we were given Opel. The car was slightly dirty and greasy inside. And we liked the service. They were always in touch, they explained everything and a big plus that we didn’t have to go for the car and it was delivered to us directly to the hotel. The car itself was very economical. The keys were also given back just at the reception. We did not photograph the car itself, for that there is a photograph from the car on the "kiss of two seas". Have a good rest and safe roads!

A really, really stress-free process. Not like in Germany, where you first have to show 70 contracts and 48 IDs. I ordered the car before our trip to Germany. The car was handed over to us on time at the resort. It wasn't what I ordered, but it was in the same price range, so it was ok. Joar and when we handed in the keys at the reception and that was it. Next time Rhodes we will definitely rent a car from you again. So a very, very great service. Thanks again @rohrent

We rented a Yaris hybrid online to Rhodes airport. Already on the second day, the engine fault light came on (54k driven). A call to rhorent, a picture of the dashboard lights on WhatsApp and clear instructions. The new car was almost in use. I recommend. I got to see places according to my own schedule.

Excellent service, even at 1:00 AM. Very efficient, both the hand-off and the drop-off. Got a free, upgrade, so I'm a little biased, but this is my second experience with them, and there will definitely be a third.

We were delivered the car directly to the hotel it was impeccable and for the return of the car we left the keys at the reception of our hotel then they came back to pick it up. May just be the best Car Rental Company I came across so far - and I have tried several. Easy booking and you don't need to pay anything in advance. Card or cash works both. In addition you have free cancellation until arrival. That's rare! Open 24/7 without any extra "late night fee" and easy pick up at the Airport. A pickup that will be even quicker and smoother if you advance your details regarding, personal info, passport and drivers license. Really good insurance offer is also included in the price, that covers pretty much everything, with the usual exception of body and tires (to ensure you don't try out to much crazy off road driving...). We rented a four years old Nissan Micra and payed just 121 Euro for a full week. I asked especially for a Micra and got just the car I wanted for the Rhodes roads. It does the job, easy to park, is low on fuel and fits very nicely on the crowded and narrow roads all over the island. Nothing extra, but fits perfect if you just are a couple. We drove close to 500 km (310 miles) during the week and the cost of gas was about 30 Euro. Yes, if you want attention and are ready to pay for it, I noticed that Rhorent also can provide both Mercedes and BMW cabs for you. That's noting for me though. I'm highly recommending Rhorent, Diagoras Airport!

Super easy start to finish. We made our booking online a week or so before our holiday, walked a few minutes out of the airport terminal doors to the Rhorent car hire pick up point and the car was ready for us. We had chosen economy as there were only two of us, we received a brand new Peugeot that had only 20 miles on it. We used the car for seven days to initially get us to our hotel and then explore Rhodes. So much more convenient to decide where (or if) we wanted to go each morning. Around €50 of petrol got us 320 kilometres which was enough to travel down to Prasonisi beach and a couple of trips to Lindos as well as the more local drives on the other days. I would definitely use Rhorent again.

From my initial enquiry to the collection of the car at Rhodes airport last night . I cannot fault the service of this company. Everything is confirmed by email, the website is modern and easy to navigate. Despite other reviews state, the terms of the insurance is explained clearly and you are made fully aware of what is and not covered in the insurance. The collection of the car was perfect thanks to an earlier email asking for advance information which meant we could get our car straight away without having to queue at the desk. The car is virtually brand new and was very clean inside. Finally the link to the Apex travel app enables you to get Google maps guidance to anywhere on the island as well as suggested itineraries for touring the island as well as tips on the best beaches and things to do. Kommunikation per Email war sehr schnell. Im Flughafen ging es mit Mietvertrag auch sehr schnell. Das Auto war nicht ganz neu, 5 Jahre alt. Könnte für den Preis etwas neues sein. Der Kindersitz war auch ziemlich benutzt und der Autovermieter konnte den Kindersitz nicht richtig befestigen. Also es war bisschen riskant so mit dem Kindersitz zu fahren. Die AutoÜbergabe war nur 2 Minuten. Sehr schnell! Sonst war alles schnell und freundlich. Kann nur weiter empfehlen.

On our arrival the car was delivered immediately and was clean and sanitized, in excellent condition. For check out they were very fast as they only checked the fuel level and the kilometers. Vraiment simple. On a pris la voiture à l'aéroport et ils sont venus la récupérer à l'hôtel où nous avions laissé les clefs à la réception.Véhicule quasi neuf, conforme à celui que j'ai réservé. Lors du retrait il faut chercher "Rhodos cars" qui est bien mieux indiqué que Rhorent et c'est la même société. En bref rien à redire, service parfait, prix compétitif si je reviens à Rhodes je repasserai par eux sans hésiter.

We had a very good expirience with Rhorent cars. The car was new had only 1200km when we got it. Ordered online and was waiting for us at the airport. Very nice people and all set and done very quickly. We would recommend this car rental.

Amazing experience, so simple and streamlined. Filled everything out on the emails beforehand as the instructions were clear, paid at the desk in arrivals and went to collect the car outside and was gone in under 10 minutes! Use RhoRent (also known as Rodos Cars). The biggest and best hire company on the whole of Rhodes. Save yourself the time I spent on researching which hire company to use and trust me RhoRent are the bees knees! Don't book through your airline and have inferior optialso with hidden charges and very bad reviews. The price is very reasonable for all that you get. No hidden deposit charges were held against a card. They include an extra driver for free. They include a full damage waiver (no excess). I would advise paying the small amount to add on Super full damage waiver with no excess, including Wheels, Underside, and Glass (WUG). It's €50 to take away any stress or worries while you enjoy your holiday. The staff were helpful and friendly. Pick-up and drop-off were so quick and simple, I felt like I had to double check that we had coveted everything. Absolutely perfect, 10/10. I would use it again and will recommend it to others.

We rented a car from Rohrent for a week. Spent a long time researching who to hire from and at first felt a little dubious because the reviews were all so positive. We decided to go ahead because they give the option of leaving €100 cash as a deposit so you're not worrying about them having acess to your credit card. The process to collect was easy and when we got off the plane there was no queue and you just pick the car up outside the terminal! We were given the car we'd booked. And returning was hassle free too.

It was a very simple procedure to pick up and drop off the car as well as the car itself. Also the price was completely acceptable. Recommendation from the heart

Writing my second review for this car rental agency because they are by far the best company I’ve ever worked with when renting a car. Their website and response time is unparalleled, their customer service is what every car rental company should strive to be like, they are, they’re very reasonably priced, and the instructions they provide as so easy and simple. 10/10 will rent again.

We booked a car for 8 days and they gave us an upgrade with a new and nicer car. Excellent and fast service. Very good prices comparing to other companies. We picked the car at the airport and left it there on our way back. Overall very satisfied and happy!

My best car rental experience ever. I was worried that they were so cheap but the service was excellent. We got upgraded. Check out and return were both fast. We were offered a selection of baby seats and help installing. Their full insurance was very reasonable and covered all risks. Use them!

Location de voiture au top ! Comptoir très facile à repérer dès la sortie. Nous avions réserver notre véhicule par internet avant notre arrivée, donc contrat rapidement établi. Nous avons ensuite récupérer un véhicule récent, dans un parkin, juste devant l'aéroport. Personnel aimable et souriant. A la fin de notre séjour, nous avons déposé le véhicule au même endroit avec le niveau de carburant au même niveau qu'à la prise du véhicule. Pas besoin de nettoyer l'extérieur du véhicule. Je recommande fortement pour vos prochaines vacances.

Really recommend Rhorent! We were a bit nervous as this was our first time renting a car abroad but so glad we did. Our experience was seamless and we felt really comfortable the whole time. They offer great cover (we paid the extra €14 for glass, undercarriage etc. but everything else included) which really put our minds at ease in case anything were to happen. Booked everything online around a week before, the car was delivered on time to the apartment we were staying in, all paperwork gone through, car was clean and in good working order. Drop off back at the airport was quick and easy even though late in the evening. 10/10 :)

What a fantastic hire service from the two ladies (sorry lost the contract so can’t name them) with smiles and happiness from everyone at Rodos Cars who are definitely by far the best in Rhodes! Their cars are all new annd includes full insurance apart from usual puncture, windscreen and underside which is extra and I keep seeing them everywhere on the island. I booked my car months ago and chatted online with a very helpful person who didn’t want to give his/her name but gave me an upgrade. (Thanks!) Have rented a minibus (9 seats). Everything was great. The transfer at the airport was done in 15 minutes. Pay the vehicle (no deposit beforehand), collect the key and walk to the parking lot. The vehicle had 3-4 minor imperfections that I photographed. Handover was at the airport at 4:15 a.m., where we dropped the key into the box. Will book there again.

We rented a vw golf car, and they gave us a new vw T CROS for the same price (264E 7 days) (it had 1400 km). Everything was excellent...I recommend it with confidence

Easy rental and great service. The process from searching, to booking and arrival was easy, with communication from Rhorent/Rodos Cars throughout. The desk is in the terminal, with the cars just outside, so a few steps walk and seem to be offices all over the island if you booked in resort. Car was clean and tidy, ready to go on our arrival and the team were lovely. Drop-off just as quick and easy, so thank you for a great service and when we come back, no question, I will use Rhorent again.

Fantastic service - highly recommend! We looked at numerous companies and so glad we ended up with RhoRent! The cars were fantastic and in great condition - one of which was shiny new! They allowed us to register additional drivers the following day due to separate flights and we so accommodating! It was such a simple and easy process especially with the pre registration! And sited at the airport made it even more straight forward!

Great car rental company! Reserved the vehicle via their web site less than 24 hours before I needed it. They promise to respond within 12 hours, I got a confirmation via email, and clear pickup instructions within 10 minutes. I entered all the details on the web site (highly recommend!), so when I arrived to Rhodes airport, I went to their counter, got the papers straight away. I compared several rental companies' prices and this was one of the most affordable, the smaller vehicles were on discount at the time. The parking lot is 100 or so meters away from the arrivals exit (where all the companies have cars parked). Staff at the counter and in the parking lot very friendly and helpful. Got exactly the car that I reserved, even the colour was the same as in the photo :). The car was clean and (smaller) defects were thoroughly noted prior to rental. Tank was 4/6 full and a kind man at the EKO gas station 10 minutes away from the airport filled the tank back to that mark when I was driving back to the airport. The return was easy, too. I will definitely rent from this company next time I'm in Rhodes, and I highly recommend it!

Very good rental. Low mileage, clean and tidy car. The lowest price on the island. Service very fast and kind. The only downside is the hidden cost. I bought full insurance without my own contribution and suddenly it turns out that if I had a collision, it was 40 € for "documentation". Not nice. The rest is fine as well.

We rented a car for one week in the April (preseason). We got different car we booked, but our i20 was far new, so no problem there. Price was very fair and staff at the airport very kind. Fully recommend this car rental. We will rent a car here again in the future.

There are things that could be better, but not a lot, and not much better. We are always nervous when renting a car abroad. There are so many stories that seem to confirm that there aren’t any trustworthy car rental companies out there. We booked a holiday in Rhodos and really wanted the freedom to roam the island by ourselves and go where we pleased. Reading the reviews online just spiked our suspicion. Rhorent offered a very competitive price, and with a modest premium, a no worries insurance. Cheaper than the known brand companies, in-hotel delivery and full insurance. Sounded to good to be true. But we made the reservation nonetheless. No upfront payment, so what’s the risk? Friends travelled to Rhodos just a few weeks before we did, and made a reservation with Rhorent, basically because we had done so before them. They had a great experience with Rhorent, so we travelled with a lighter heart. We were able to pick up the car in our hotel, which was great. We got the model we requested (that almost never seems to happen with us, but this time, it did). The car was quite new (5K kilometers). The lady took her time marking all the minor issues on the bodywork and let us do a photoshopt of everything. At the end of our stay we could drop off the keys at the hotel desk but their car rental desk was open so we went there. No inspection of the car afterwards, which made me nervous again. But everything went smooth. What could be better? Well, I would like to get a kind of proof of receipt when handing over the keys, after all they make you sign papers when you get their car (I get that), doesn’t seem to much to ask to get a confirmation that the car was returned in ok condition. Second, we only learned that the full ensurance we bought would pay for all damages except for gross negligence, but there would be a 40 euro administrtion fee in case of damage. That doesn’t seem like full insurance. Oh, and they are actually called Rodos Cars.

Rented car via website, everything was ok, no deposit needed (initially i thought there might be a scam but its not) Car was fresh and clean with low mileage, as well as decent child seat. Few downsides - in my booking there was a vw polo and there isn't any notice on site that it might be different car in same class; also seems like there was some issue with car as it produced loud noise during high speeds. Easy checkout, all is good. Recommend!

I took a car for 11 days on June 23, Peugeot 208 on the mechanics, almost new, 32 euros per day, no deposit. We met at the port, it was possible to pay at least with a card, at least in cash. We traveled all over Rhodes far and wide, there are no mileage restrictions. I handed it over at the port, just left the keys under the mat and slammed the door. I recommend to everyone, great service!????

We booked a rental car for our Rhodes vacation through Rhorent. For some technical reasons I did not receive a confirmation email, so I contacted them by phone. The employee took great care of the issue and then sent me a confirmation through other channels. That was really customer service! Upon arrival at the airport, all that was left was to sign the contract and make the payment. Contrary to the original booking of a VW Golf, we received a Toyota Yaris Cross with just over 11,000 km. The car was very clean and in good condition. The car was picked up about 200 meters after the exit in a parking lot. Here, too, the care was excellent. The return of the vehicle also went smoothly overall, although there was a lot of traffic at the time of return. I can only recommend Rhorent.

We rented a car for a week. We got a VW Caddy with a mileage of 19,000, clean, efficient, ready to drive. We were able to return the car 5 hours later due to the change in departure time. Price very attractive rental at the airport return in the same place pickup took 10 minutes return 2 minutes :-). Thank you and we will be back :)

Having rented cars in many locations I found Rhorent to be amongst the most professional that I have dealt with. The car, which was almost new, was delivered to the hotel at No extra cost and all insurance was included in the price with no excess and no funds blocked on the credit card. The car is clean, tidy and low mileage. Just renting and returning without any problem. I recommend rentals with a clear conscience. However, the model itself, i.e. the Citroen C3 we drove, is a mistake, but this is a matter of the car manufacturer, not the rental company.

Reserve a car easily online, hardly any waiting time at the counter itself. The only thing that was a bit difficult to find was the counter, as apparently several companies are under one roof. At the airport they can be found under Rhodes Cars. The cars themselves are not the newest models and already have a few scratches. The return just as easy.

The handover at Rhodes airport went very quickly. The car had 7/8 fuel, was super clean and was great to drive. We had a Citroen that was very well maintained and even had a navigation system. The lady at the counter and the lady who gave us the car were both very friendly. We were very satisfied and can recommend the rental with a clear conscience.

Easy car rental. Office at the airport, and the car was used quickly. We got a different car from what we had booked, but our rental car was an "upgrade" (newer and bigger) compared to the original one. The car was clean and there were no defects in the car. Kilometers were unlimited, so you could drive the car anywhere on the island without any worries. Returning the car back to the field took about a minute, the car was received and quickly checked that everything was ok. I cannot really put into words how good the service was. We had a soft top car booked and it was delivered to our hotel on time with little fuss, however when we took it out that day and had to put the roof up because it was a very hot day the air con didn't work. We contacted them via WhatsApp at about 15.10 and a few texts were exchanged. They promised us a replacement car that day and within 3hrs another car was delivered. Their service was exemplary and the replacement car was better than the original. They were fantastic and went above and beyond.

Safe, satisfied and no extra charges. I was skeptical about hire companies, but when I rented from RhoRent (Rodos Cars) it was simple. Select the car online, pay nothing until landing, they guarantee that 'class' of vehicle so I'd recommend looking at all the cars in that class. They gave us a Toyota Yaris which got us around nicely, with AC, for our whole visit. Was ideal size for the two of us. If we had a family or more people we'd need something bigger. Max speed limit on the island is 80kph (~50mph) so you don't need something capable of breaking the sound barrier. Renting a car also meant we could explore the island at our own pace and weren't reliant on buses/public transport. On return of the car, must return with the same amount of fuel. Petrol stations in Rhodes are not 24hr so bare that in mind. Will use again in a heartbeat.

Taucht in keinem Vergleichsportal auf, daher sozusagen ein Geheimtipp. Alle Versicherungen etc. sind gleich mit enthalten und der Festbetrag von der Reservierung wird gleich bei der Abholung bezahlt. Bei einem Schaden bezahlt man lediglich 40 Euro Bearbeitungsgebühr. Das Abgeben war sehr schnell und problemlos. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Top! Da vermisst man die großen Anbieter im Geschäft null.

For our vacation on Rhodes in July 2023 we pre- by e-mail 7 place car and it should be a Nissan Evalia, but when the agent came to the hotel, there was a very new VW Caddy and it was very good. All service was very good. We received an e-mail with all instructions and places to visit and the link to the special program too in advance. It was very useful. The price was very good too. And no restrictions on the milleage. We ordered also a booster for child and it was there. Everything was very easy and comfortable (car pick up/drop off was in our hotel). Thanks a lot!

It was a very good experience from the very easy way to reserve the car on the website, the quick pick-up and the drop off the car, communication by mail, etc. The most important thing was the way they reacted when I had a minor problem (the socket didn't work to charge my phone) and following my complaint, my car was replaced. We rented a Jeep Renegade, we are very pleased, it was fast, cheap, hassle-free. The service at the airport was nice and professional, the release of the car was in the airport parking lot, it took us 1 minute. There are a lot of cars from this rental company on the island of Rhodes, they have several offices and workshops to help. The only problem was that the car didn't have reversing sensors. I highly recommend.

You want a car, rent it here. You don't say taxi at all. Take the car here and go. Buses are good, but I think it will be quite complicated without knowing the names of the stations.

We booked the car in advance through the website. It was agreed that we would be able to receive this at our hotel at 9 a.m. on the day in question. We were contacted by phone the day before that it was already 8 a.m. The contact via e-mail always worked without any problems and we received a quick, friendly answer. The employee then appeared punctually at our hotel and the handover went smoothly, easily and quickly. We got an almost new Opel Corsa and were very satisfied. Booked online. Delivery on time. Car relatively new and clean. Friendly car delivery man. Uncomplicated processing. Negative: Filling out the contract and paying by credit card at the car (standing) inappropriate. I would have expected it to be handled in the hotel lobby. Annoying: When I booked online, I had expressly asked for the car to be handed over with a full tank. This was ignored, tank was only a quarter full. Sorry, but that's the old scam, according to which the landlord hopes that the tank will be fuller after the return than when it was handed over.

Καινούριο αυτοκίνητο (δεν είχε συμπληρώσει καν τα 20.000 χιλιόμετρα), το οποίο ήταν καθαρό και περιποιημένο! Μάλιστα, μας έδωσαν και μια μικρή φόρμα συμπληρωμένη σχετικά με ένα πολύ μικρό βαθούλωμα που είχε το αυτοκίνητο. Συνιστάται η συμπλήρωση της φόρμας με τα στοιχεία του οδηγού, καθώς δεν θα παραμείνετε καν πέντε λεπτά στο γκισέ! Η παράδοση έγινε σε πέντε λεπτά! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

We hired cars from Rhorhodes both in March and August this year. Both times the process was smooth, the cars were great and we would happily use them again in the future for a hassle free experience.

Quick collection and return of the car, professional and friendly service, rental shop right at the airport. I received a different car than what I ordered, i.e. larger and more expensive, without changing the price, which is a plus for me. People who are concerned about receiving a different car than they ordered or having to pay 40 Euro in the event of damage to the wheels should carefully read and READ the information available when booking a car.

I am glad I decided to rent a car (for 10 days) rather than using taxi and bus, you can go anytime anywhere without stress... Experience with Rhorent was great from initial reservation to car acceptance and car hand over, can recommend for 100% to everyone.

Everything was cool and easy. I do not have credit card so i had to give a 100 euro deposit that they gave back when the rental was finished. When i picked up the car one of the wheels had a big scratch that i only realised when i arrived to my hotel. I was a little bit worried that i will be charged because i forgot to take pictures of the wheels and i did not have evidence that it was not me who scracthed the wheel. But they were cool with it, so there was no problem. The drop off of the car only took like 3 minutes. Highly recommend this company.

I booked the car online before my travel, which made the car pick up smooth and easy. The car was parked outside the airport 5 mins walk. The car was basically new with less than 9000kms, highly equiped. Upon returning the car, quick check, approx 5 mins and we were done.

Top car rental in Rhodes.. they have provided us a upper category car at the same price, and they allow us to pay with debit card without deposit as we have choice the full insurance (but many car rental want a cash deposit for fuel and others events that are not covered by the insurance). C3 aircross brand new with only 10k kilometers.

Serious and competent company, I rented a VW T-cross in excellent condition. The bureaucratic part was completed quickly and exhaustively. Collecting the car and returning it at the end of the rental period were very quick and trouble-free operations. Excellent value for money (compared to estimates made with competing companies) If I return to Rhodes I will contact them.

The price was the cheapest I found and it was suspicious, but I closed because there was no need to leave credit information or any kind of commitment. They bring the car to the hotel, I arrived at the hotel reception at the time we arranged and I got the car within 2 minutes of really short paperwork, exactly the same price I closed. They even upgraded me in the car they brought me. Returning the car was even easier - I just returned the keys to the woman at the hotel reception. Received an upgrade at no extra cost, nice friendly lady who delivered the car to the hotel on time. Within 20 minutes after picking up the luggage from the belt we sat behind the wheel of our car. Very smooth checkin at the desk in the terminal, pick up of the car the same. We got an upgrade free and drove 10 days without any problem with our C3 across the island. Superb !!

The car was booked online well in advance, the model was consistent with the contract, although for full insurance (chassis, windows, wheels) we had to pay an additional €5 per day on the spot and provide credit card details. Je vidět, že Vaše služby jsou na vysoké úrovni a my Vás všem s klidným srdcem můžeme doporučit. Snad jen návrh na zlepšení: v informaci posíláte foto kiosku na parkovišti, a prodejní místo v letištní hale, kde není zřetelný nápis Rhorent, pouze Rodos cars, což může způsobit, že je zákazníci považují za jinou firmu.

Я заказал Ситроен С-3, получил Тойоту Ярис. Остался доволен, потому что Тойота была абсолютно новой и экономичной. За неделю мы проехали остров вдоль и поперек от края до края, и расходовали немногим больше половины бака. Сотрудники фирмы не мелочные, и не придирчивые. Никаких дополнительных сюрпризов и выплат вас не ждет. Мы арендовали машину на неделю, взяли полную страховку, поэтому никаких залогов не оставляли. Забрали и вернули с полным баком. И все это нам обошлось по цене двух поездок на такси для нашей семьи. Остался очень доволен и всячески рекомендую. Быстро, оперативно, удобно.

This was by far the best and easiest car rental I have ever done. Check in at the airport - quick and friendly. No extra insurance packages offered, we had full insurance to a really fair price. Car was fine, collecting the car took about 2 mins, and bringing the car back during busy times was easy, friendly and quick. Can't emphasize enough how happy we are to have booked with Rhorent. Troszkę zabrakło do 5 gwiazdek, ale nadal polecamy tę firmę i prawdopodobnie w przyszłości byśmy ponownie skorzystali z ich oferty. Jeżeli chodzi o formalności, cenę oraz same wydanie i oddanie samochodu to wszystko przebiegło bezproblemowo i bardzo sprawnie (kwestia kilku minut). Zamówiliśmy Suzuki Ignis a na lotnisku dostaliśmy informację, że będziemy mieli Toyotę Yaris. Wiemy, że to co prawda ta sama "klasa" samochodu, ale my woleliśmy trochę krótszy ale za to wyższy samochód ze względów zdrowotnych partnerki (lepiej znosi chorobę lokomocyjną na drogach z serpentynami oraz mocnymi zakrętami). Coś, co pozostawiło lekki niesmak to ilość benzyny zatankowanej na początku czyli 2/8 baku. Dodatkowo po odpaleniu samochodu na drugi dzień przywitała nas informacja samochodu, że jedna opona ma dużo niższe ciśnienie niż reszta. Musieliśmy dopompować 2 razy na stacji, bo w samochodzie nie było jakiejkolwiek pompki. Rozumiem dlaczego nie ma koła zapasowego, ale brak pompki nie jestem w stanie zrozumieć. Na duży plus czystość samochodu. Jeżeli chodzi o aspekty techniczne to nie mieliśmy dalszych problemów. Samo auto jak na 34000km jeżdżone wcześniej przez pewnie bardzo wiele klientów w różnych warunkach sprawiało wrażenie dobrego. Cena z pełnym ubezpieczeniem również bardzo fair. Pozdrawiamy pracowników na lotnisku oraz na parkingu lotniska, byli bardzo mili i pomocni :)

Serdecznie polecamy, korzystamy co roku, najlepsza wypożyczalnia i przemiła obsługa!;) w tym roku dostaliśmy jedynie troszkę gorszy samochód niż poprzednio (także inny niż zamówiliśmy, ale zdawaliśmy sobie z tego sprawę, ze może tak być), ponieważ klimatyzacja nie działała tak dobrze+samochód miał bardzo twarde zawieszenie i dosłownie każda malutka dziura na drodze byla wyczuwalna :( Trochę nas wytrzęsło, ale następnym razem po prostu zwrócimy się z prośbą o inny model :) Polecamy i do zobaczenia za rok!

Nu recomand modelul nou de Fiat Panda, are o motorizare foarte slaba, am ales Panda pentru ca am avut o experienta placuta anul trecut cu modelul vechi diesel, cel nou pe benzina si "hibrid" desi foarte raspandit in Rodos este foarte slab ca putere, abia poti sa urci pantele in viteza a doua. Masina foarte noua (20000km) si foarte curata

Absolut empfehlenswert! Online am Vortag gebucht. Am nächsten Tag zur gewünschten Uhrzeit geliefert. Booking und Abwicklung vor Ort waren problemlos. Das Fahrzeug( Audi Q2) war in einem sauberen,gepflegten und neuwertigen Zustand. Wer einen guten Mietwagen sucht, ist hier genau richtig. So macht Urlaub Spaß!

Árban szerintem a legjobbak. Gyors, könnyű volt az autó átvétele. Eredetileg egy kisebb autót kértem, de adtak egy nagyobbat (Renault Clio combi) hogy kényelmesen elférjünk. Az autó jó állapotú, viszonylag tiszta volt,mi is vigyáztunk rá nagyon. Féltem, hogy "lehúzás" lesz, mint más európai reptéren,de egyáltalán nem voltak rossz indulatúak. Ajánlom a RhoRent-et!

Ich fange einmal mit dem Fazit an: In jedem Fall zu empfehlen. Ich hatte einen Wagen für 6 Tage gebucht mit Übergabe am Hotel und der Rückgabe am Hotel. Das Fahrzeug war wie vereinbart zu der Uhrzeit mit einer sehr netten Mitarbeiterin vor Ort. Was ich besonders gut fand, war die vorherige Information per Mail wann und wo die Übergabe erfolgt. Das Fahrzeug war in einem sauberen und einwandfreiem Zustand. Zudem würde mit mir eine ordentliche Übergabe gemacht.

Wir haben für eine Woche einen Citroen C3 gemietet und sind sehr zufrieden. Das Auto war in einem tadellosen, sauberen Zustand. Wir brauchten bei der Reservierung keine Anzahlung leisten sondern erst vor Ort bezahlen. Wichtig war uns, dass wir das Fahrzeug direkt am Flughafen übernehmen konnten, es war kein Shuttle-Dienst erforderlich. Und der Preis war ebenfalls top. Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen.

Excellent service. Probably the easiest car rental company I've ever used including renting from the hotel. Car was spot on and very reasonably priced. Child seat was good. New and clean unlike a lot I've had on Rhodes before. Pick up was easy as all the paperwork was filled in online beforehand. Literally turn up, pay, sign the pre filled form, walk to the car and drive away. Drop off was even easier. Drive to the airport and pull up in the first bay... It's really that simple. Slight gripe that I'd booked (months in advance) a 5 door auto Polo and got a 5 door Citroën C3 but the car was actually really good.

Hired a car from Rhorent for our 10 days in Rhodes, and can't really fault the service at all. We had ordered a smaller vehicle but got upgraded when picking up. The car didn't have any faults at all, and the process for dropping off was made very clear. When it came to returning the vehicle there was a short check and it was taken off our hands. I'd happily recommend to anyone looking for car hire, as not only was the price cheaper than elsewhere but we experienced no issues.

Super Service! Everything happened very quickly at Rhodes airport, but everything was still well explained! There was even an upgrade to the vehicle that was actually booked. Returning it wasn't a problem either.

Zeer plezierig bedrijf. Alles volledig volgend afspraak. Zelf een foutje gemaakt qua aankomsttijd. Men deed er niet moeilijk over en kwam enkele uren later opnieuw bij het hotel aan. Contact via mail, app en telefoon. Gewoon goed. Jeep Wranger was al wat ouder en daardoor niet 100%. Dit mocht de pret niet drukken. Was een fantastische auto om het eiland te bezoeken. Men gaf aan dat de nieuwe Jeep onderweg was, volgend jaar die dan maar proberen ????. Top bedrijf. Dank jullie wel!

Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir hatten für zwei Tage einen neuen Citroën C3 in tadellosem Zustand. Das Auto wurde wie vereinbart pünktlich und ohne zusätzliche Kosten am Hafen von Rhodos Altstadt übergeben. Dort erfolgte auch die unproblematisch Rückgabe.

Enfin une bonne agence de location sans prise de tête avec les soucis de caution. Louer pour une durée de cinq jours pour une citadine boite auto, nous avons eu droit à un surclassement par l’agence qui fait plaisir et que je remercie encore. Les véhicules sont neufs, entretenus et propre. Remplissez le formulaire à l’avance, et l’attribution à l’aéroport se fait en un clin d’œil. Foncé les yeux fermés vous n’allez pas le regretter.

Online booking was easy, prices are really great and communication in advance and during arrival and departure was excellent. A great team. I thought it was good that you can exclude all deductibles for a small additional charge and then actually have 100% all-round protection without having to incur any costs (no one wants to do that on vacation). Booked a VW T-Cross for a week, then even got a Jeep Renegade - a free upgrade. Thanks for that. The car was tip-top (15,000km) and spotlessly clean. Postponing my return flight by 8 hours wasn't a problem either and I was able to return the car in the evening instead of midday - at no additional cost! I'm completely satisfied.

We booked our car hire online with Rhodrent, picked up and paid at the hotel (rodos cars). Great price and service. The lady in reception is helpful and it was really easy to extend our hire for an extra day. Great prices with the discount for longer hire, would use again without hesitation.

Very quick service, clear story and a neat car. The vehicles are located a 150 meter walk from the airport exit. Also a wide choice of high chairs for all ages. Maybe a bit more difficult in high season. Check the tank and any damage together upon your return. Then straight towards the terminal. Friendly staff! Recommended.
