Very efficient and speedy service. I contacted at short notice by email and had a reply confirmation very quickly. Car was delivered by a very polite and helpful man. Paperwork was completed swiftly and car was collected from my hotel as agreed.

This was by far the best and easiest car rental I have ever done. Check in at the airport - quick and friendly. No extra insurance packages offered, we had full insurance to a really fair price. Car was fine, collecting the car took about 2 mins, and bringing the car back during busy times was easy, friendly and quick. Can't emphasize enough how happy we are to have booked with Rhorent. Thanks for this (first) really good experience with a car rental place.

My best car rental experience ever. I was worried that they were so cheap but the service was excellent. We got upgraded. Check out and return were both fast. We were offered a selection of baby seats and help installing. Their full insurance was very reasonable and covered all risks. Use them!

This was our first time booking a car with Rhorent Rent A Car. Everything went great! The service was top notch. They brought the car to our hotel, and when we returned the car, they delivered us to the port for our ferry. While using the car, we got a flat tire, but with the help of the company's service, this problem was fixed in an hour. A specialist came and fixed everything. We are very happy with the service of Rhorent Rent A Car and can recommend it. It is also important that the cost of car rental was one of the lowest in Rhodes!

Very nice car rental company in Rhodes. Booked everything online in advance. Upon arrival at the counter at the airport terminal, everything was ready. Payment made, pick up car across the street just outside the terminal. We were in the car within 15 minutes. Child seats are sufficiently available. Friendly people. Received a new and clean car. Returning is just as easy. Park, sign out and ten minutes later at the check-in desk. Super!

We had a C3 for a week. Consistently clean vehicles and super friendly staff. There was also no waiting time at the counter, the vehicles are parked directly at the airport and the return was quick and unproblematic. A quick look at the fuel gauge, a quick walk around it and you're done. A short-term change to the rental period was made without any problems one day before arrival. Cancellation was done via email. New booking was even cheaper. 177 euros including comprehensive insurance and no deductible is 1a. The hotel transfer is not much cheaper. We were there for 7 days and were able to go on various excursions on our own.

We enjoyed the service very much. The lineup was comfortable for us. The price is fair. The process for returning the car was also great and simple. Thank you very much. Highly recommend

Very good rental car service at a fair price. Has brought us everywhere, even where no other bus goes. Well maintained and safe so you can enjoy your vacation. Bring and collect service to the hotel was also not a problem. Thanks for the great service.

Firstly the service is impeccable. By completing the paperwork in advance you save a lot of time at the airport. From arriving at the car hire desk, paying and walking to the nearby car collection point and driving away was less than 15 minutes. The staff at the collection / drop off point are super efficient and very honest. They thankfully took pictures of the car before handing me the keys. I say this, as we did not notice scratches on the bumper and subsequently thought that somebody had reversed into us whilst the car was parked. I emailed them in advance and sent them a photo, however when we dropped off the car the man smiled and said "it was not you" and showed us the photo he had taken 10 days previous. He could have not been so honest and charged us the €40 admin fee. Thank you Rhorent / Rodos! I will definitely use you again.

Booked the car online, in advance. Gave driving license data beforehand, at the airport pickup was very fast. Got a brand new car in the same class instead of the ordered one. No deposit, 300EUR for 10days with child seats was the lowest price I could find. No charge for additional driver. Friendly service and no problems on returning the car. Definitely worth the price and recommendation !

Sistema di prenotazione facile, senza credit card e fast check-in. Veicolo in buone condizioni, ma basico (per esempio, luci da accendere manualmente e specchietti retrovisori manuali) Il sistema di navigazione per cercare i luoghi dell'isola, annunciato nella conferma prenotazione, non esisteva.
