Great Hire Firm. Arrived 1 hour late due to delays, soon as I arrived, paper work was ready couple of signatures and keys handed over. Free upgrade to a brand new VW. Full damage cover was taken out so had no headache. Car returned, quick look around and was on my way. Definitely recommended if wanting a hire car in Rhodes ????????????????

Flawless from the start, got a car delivered to the hotel. In 5 minutes completed paperwork and was ready to drive. Car was clean and no issues. Will use again fantastic. No deposit required 5*

I have rented cars for my holidays for many years. Most have been fine, but I have learnt to shy away from the cheaper companys. I also prefer to pick up at the airport but not always. This was one of the best experiences I have had. The car was clean and presentable the reception was polite efficient and swift as was the drop off. What often differentiates a business is how it deals with a problem. A warning light came on half way through the holiday. I rang and within the hour I had a replacement car. Say no more.

The car rental was awesome. Easy handling at the airport and easy pick-up at the hotel without any problems. We had a Jeep Compass Automatic. Car was clean and very well maintained. It was fine for 5 people, ideal for 4. We achieved everything we wanted.

Exceptional service, from collection at the airport,condition of car and ease,of returning the car..In all my years of car hire,whilst in Europe i have seldom had such wonderful service..The staff we encountered were a credit to the company, helpful, knowledgeable and above all charming..The price of rental was more than competitive, but wasn't the biggest factor,the positive reviews left here where extremely reassuring..We had not been on the island for over 30yrs,alot has changed of course,however the warmth of the Greek people hasn't..This company being the perfect example..Thankyou once again to all staff we encountered. We will return for sure..

Dikke prima! Alles snel geregeld. Alleen jammer dat ze qua prijzen flink omhoog zijn gegaan, toch zijn ze vaak nog goedkoper dan concurrenten.

Firstly the service is impeccable. By completing the paperwork in advance you save a lot of time at the airport. From arriving at the car hire desk, paying and walking to the nearby car collection point and driving away was less than 15 minutes. The staff at the collection / drop off point are super efficient and very honest. They thankfully took pictures of the car before handing me the keys. I say this, as we did not notice scratches on the bumper and subsequently thought that somebody had reversed into us whilst the car was parked. I emailed them in advance and sent them a photo, however when we dropped off the car the man smiled and said "it was not you" and showed us the photo he had taken 10 days previous. He could have not been so honest and charged us the €40 admin fee. Thank you Rhorent / Rodos! I will definitely use you again.

First class service with the hire car delivered to and collected from the hotel. The car I hired was a pleasure to drive (it has me thinking I need to upgrade my car when I get home) This was the first time that I have used Rhorent Rent a car and I will happily do so again. The best car hire company I have ever used. Way better the other providers I have used in Rhodes previously. Everything was so easy, from booking online to paying on arrival. Makes it even easier being located on the airport no long transfers or waiting around made the whole process stress free. No hidden extra charges or credit card requirements. Drop off equally as easy. We will never use any one else.

Reserve a car easily online, hardly any waiting time at the counter itself. The only thing that was a bit difficult to find was the counter, as apparently several companies are under one roof. At the airport they can be found under Rhodes Cars. The cars themselves are not the newest models and already have a few scratches. The return just as easy.

Fantastic service, amazing communication when I needed to change time of pick up. Only reason given 4 not 5 stars is that it wold have been nice to have been told that we were going to be picked up from the ferry port in Rhodes and driven to the office to pickuup the car. This wasn't a problem, would have just been nice to know! Thanks again for a great service.

I was able to rent a car for the next day very well. The data can be entered online, so all you have to do on the spot is show your ID or pay with a credit card. They did not ask for a deposit, as I bought extra insurance, which was not expensive. The handover of the car was correct, they looked over the car and took photos, and so did I. When returning it, there was also a correct inspection and everything was fine. If I come here, I will rent a car here again.
