Kommunikation per Email war sehr schnell. Im Flughafen ging es mit Mietvertrag auch sehr schnell. Das Auto war nicht ganz neu, 5 Jahre alt. Könnte für den Preis etwas neues sein. Der Kindersitz war auch ziemlich benutzt und der Autovermieter konnte den Kindersitz nicht richtig befestigen. Also es war bisschen riskant so mit dem Kindersitz zu fahren. Die AutoÜbergabe war nur 2 Minuten. Sehr schnell! Sonst war alles schnell und freundlich. Kann nur weiter empfehlen.

We booked the car in advance for 11 days and booked it into the hotel. Everything was very unproblematic. The handover and return were very relaxed and the car was in very good condition. The price was also okay. Very nice service.

Après avoir récupéré sa valise, avant de sortir dehors, sur la droite, il y a le bureau "Rhorent Rent" pour les formalités. De mémoire, il y a juste une petite affiche "Rhorent" dans le box et non pas une grosse pancarte au dessus. Ensuite, il faut sortir à l'extérieur et sur la gauche, il faut se rendre à la guérite "Rodos Cars" (voir photo) pour récupérer finalement sa voiture. Attention, ne cherchez pas "Rhorent", mais bien "Rodos Cars". La voiture louée était en bonne état, propre, avec peu de kilomètres. Le check-in et le check-out ont été rapides. Le prix attractif. Une bonne expérience avec cette compagnie de location.

Easy to navigate website, clear pricing so you know exactly what is/what is not included and all the options available. Friendly and helpful staff on airport. Easy and very efficient pick up and drop off experience - you are on your way within 5-10 minutes. Worth paying a little extra for the on-airport experience. New cars and very clean. Like the full to full fuel policy. Would definitely recommend to use Rhorent (Rodos) car hire.

Great... pick up at the airport, they gave us a better category than the one reserved... delivery in Rhodes port without problems... I would repeat without a doubt, the best company and the brand new car....

I cannot really put into words how good the service was. We had a soft top car booked and it was delivered to our hotel on time with little fuss, however when we took it out that day and had to put the roof up because it was a very hot day the air con didn't work. We contacted them via WhatsApp at about 15.10 and a few texts were exchanged. They promised us a replacement car that day and within 3hrs another car was delivered. Their service was exemplary and the replacement car was better than the original. They were fantastic and went above and beyond.

I wanted to share my positive experience with the service. Everything was perfect! In particular, we were offered a superior car to the one we had booked. We had requested a petrol car, but they provided us with a new vehicle with only 14,000 km and a hybrid engine. This allowed us to achieve significant savings on fuel!
