Booking, collection and return went very smoothly. Pleasant people to deal with. Will book with Rhorent again when visiting Rhodes.
The car was booked online well in advance, the model was consistent with the contract, although for full insurance (chassis, windows, wheels) we had to pay an additional €5 per day on the spot and provide credit card details. The rental agent was over half an hour late, which was unfortunately irritating.

From my initial enquiry to the collection of the car at Rhodes airport last night . I cannot fault the service of this company. Everything is confirmed by email, the website is modern and easy to navigate. Despite other reviews state, the terms of the insurance is explained clearly and you are made fully aware of what is and not covered in the insurance. The collection of the car was perfect thanks to an earlier email asking for advance information which meant we could get our car straight away without having to queue at the desk. The car is virtually brand new and was very clean inside. Finally the link to the Apex travel app enables you to get Google maps guidance to anywhere on the island as well as suggested itineraries for touring the island as well as tips on the best beaches and things to do. we rented a soft top fiat 500 for the weekend. those were unforgettable days, the car was super, they brought it to our house, everything is very comfortable, the staff is polite and ready to help. We will definitely use their services!
All was perfect, pick up car 15 minutes after landing, everybody was very friendly. Car was almost new only 10000 km. I had Citroen C3 and worked very well. I drive 450 km for 3 days and was almost everywhere on Island.
You want a car, rent it here. You don't say taxi at all. Take the car here and go. Buses are good, but I think it will be quite complicated without knowing the names of the stations.

En mycket seriös firma som jag kommer att använda mig om jag kommer tillbaka till Rhodos. Det var lätt att boka på internet och priserna och vilkor var enkla att förstå. Priser är klart lägre än flera andra uthyrare. Ingen förskottsbetalning krävs. Vid uthämtning och återlämning går det att tillsammans kontrollera bilen tillsammans med uthyraren så att båda parter kan dokumentera fordonet. Rhorent svarar snabbt på mail och personalen på flygplatsen talar bra engelska. Bilarna är parkerade utanför hallen för avgående vilket bara tar några minuter att gå från Rhorents disk inne i terminalen. Ingen transfer behövs.

Perfect service. You can rent the car even without having a credit card but using a normal debit card. Staff in the very kind office are very clear and also the team of guys who then deliver the car are very helpful.

service simple et rapide. voiture très bien entretenue. pas de caution. paiement pour une semaine avec livraison à l'hôtel, ça c'est le pied, car après on dépose les clés à l'accueil ! seul bémol, le gps... pas de gps inclus dans la voiture et impossible d'utiliser android auto. dommage mais ça ne mérite pas d'enlever une étoile.
