Termin vereinbart, am nächsten Tag 39 min. vor dem wurde ich angerufen, pünktlich kann der Fahrer, brachte uns kurz zum Office und ich bekam ein hochwertiges neues Fahrzeug, für den bestellten Preis. Zástupce společnosti, od kterého jsem přebíral auto, mluvil velmi vytříbenou britskou angličtinou, byl velmi zdvořilý, vše vysvětlil, nabídl tipy na místa, která stoǰí za poznání. Převzetí vozu i jeho vrácení proběhlo velmi hladce. Jednu hvězdičku ubírám pouze z důvodu, že až při přebírání auta jsem byl upozorněn, že i při plném pojištění, které jsem zvolil při on-line rezervaci, budu v případě pojistné události hradit administrativní poplatek ve výši 40 EUR. Uvítal bych transparentní upozornění na tento případný poplatek již při on-line rezervaci vozu. Ale jelikož k pojistné události nedošlo, byl jsem celkově s půjčeným autem spokojen.
Really recommend Rhorent! We were a bit nervous as this was our first time renting a car abroad but so glad we did. Our experience was seamless and we felt really comfortable the whole time. They offer great cover (we paid the extra €14 for glass, undercarriage etc. but everything else included) which really put our minds at ease in case anything were to happen. Booked everything online around a week before, the car was delivered on time to the apartment we were staying in, all paperwork gone through, car was clean and in good working order. Drop off back at the airport was quick and easy even though late in the evening. 10/10 :)

We booked the car in advance for 11 days and booked it into the hotel. Everything was very unproblematic. The handover and return were very relaxed and the car was in very good condition. The price was also okay. Very nice service.

After a lot of research I found Rhorent to be the best value with no hidden extras and fully covered insurance with no big deposit required or excess. Office is in the airport and car outside the door waiting for us, no delays no hassle, great staff. Car was spotless and new. Drop off was quick and painless. Would highly recommend as its a minefield out there trying to find a reliable car rental company.
Serious and competent company, I rented a VW T-cross in excellent condition. The bureaucratic part was completed quickly and exhaustively. Collecting the car and returning it at the end of the rental period were very quick and trouble-free operations. Excellent value for money (compared to estimates made with competing companies) If I return to Rhodes I will contact them.

Alles super geklappt, zwar haben wir statt einem Citroen C3 einen Toyota Yaris bekommen aber zwei Koffer plus Buggy, Rucksack und einer Tasche fanden dort auch ihren Platz. Einzigster Punkt Abzug, die Kindersitze könnten wirklich mal gereinigt werden, das war nicht so toll. Auch wenn es dem Kind selbst egal ist aber als Erwachsener wünscht man sich schon etwas gepflegteres.
