Fast and efficient service both when picking up the vehicle and when returning it. Attentive staff. Vehicle in good condition (18,000 km on the clock). Only negative point. The vehicle reserved online was not available.
I cannot really put into words how good the service was. We had a soft top car booked and it was delivered to our hotel on time with little fuss, however when we took it out that day and had to put the roof up because it was a very hot day the air con didn't work. We contacted them via WhatsApp at about 15.10 and a few texts were exchanged. They promised us a replacement car that day and within 3hrs another car was delivered. Their service was exemplary and the replacement car was better than the original. They were fantastic and went above and beyond.
Excellent company to deal with. Car was delivered to our accommodation at the requested time and we returned to the airport. No problems at all - would use again.

From my initial enquiry to the collection of the car at Rhodes airport last night . I cannot fault the service of this company. Everything is confirmed by email, the website is modern and easy to navigate. Despite other reviews state, the terms of the insurance is explained clearly and you are made fully aware of what is and not covered in the insurance. The collection of the car was perfect thanks to an earlier email asking for advance information which meant we could get our car straight away without having to queue at the desk. The car is virtually brand new and was very clean inside. Finally the link to the Apex travel app enables you to get Google maps guidance to anywhere on the island as well as suggested itineraries for touring the island as well as tips on the best beaches and things to do. The best company we found in Rhodes, they didn't want any particular guarantee, they didn't need a credit card, I made the reservation on the site, without leaving any kind of deposit, when I arrived at the airport they made me sign the cards, and time 10 minutes we had our hybrid panda with 5,000km, they gave us insurance and unlimited kilometers. Wir haben für eine Woche einen Citroen C3 gemietet und sind sehr zufrieden. Das Auto war in einem tadellosen, sauberen Zustand. Wir brauchten bei der Reservierung keine Anzahlung leisten sondern erst vor Ort bezahlen. Wichtig war uns, dass wir das Fahrzeug direkt am Flughafen übernehmen konnten, es war kein Shuttle-Dienst erforderlich. Und der Preis war ebenfalls top. Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen.
Ich hatte mich diesmal besonders informiert, da ich letztes Mal auf Sardinien abgezockt wurde mit dem Kreditkarten Trick - den ich auf Rhodos auch wieder mehrfach gelesen habe. Dann habe ich über Google Karten einen Anbieter gesucht, da über Check24 oder sonstige Seiten nur noch die Abzockerfirmen gelistet sind. Es war eine super Wahl und die tollen Bewertungen sprechen wirklich für sich. Sehr zu empfehlen, sehr netter Kontakt bzw Mitarbeiter, freundlich, lachend auf einen zukommend. Mit dem Auto war alles super so wie bestellt. Bei der Rückgabe auch total easy und unkompliziert. Ich empfehle diese Autovermietung sehr und würde sie immer wieder wählen. TOP - 10 Sterne ????
Car rental free of stress as it supposed to be. Used them twice in a month while I went back and forth to the island. Appreciated the peace of mind due to the included insurance package and the flexibility to deliver the car to an address as well as accept early drop-off at the port. No reason not to use them again next times.

In 10 minutes we received the car. A new car, so no any problem. A very good company. It was a good choice for us.
Of course a little upset that instead of Citroen C3 we were given Opel. The car was slightly dirty and greasy inside. And we liked the service. They were always in touch, they explained everything and a big plus that we didn’t have to go for the car and it was delivered to us directly to the hotel. The car itself was very economical. The keys were also given back just at the reception. We did not photograph the car itself, for that there is a photograph from the car on the "kiss of two seas". Have a good rest and safe roads!
