Great service and communication; a minor issue was resolved immediately via WhatsApp. Our Fiat Panda was a good choice for our needs. Parking this car was really easy, no matter where we went.
I rented a Toyota Aygo for a week, thinking about the ease of parking, but they gave me a Fiat Panda. Everything was very easy when picking up and returning the car. We toured Rhodes from end to end with the Fiat Panda. The engine is underpowered, but on the island with a maximum speed limit of 90 km/h, it's perfectly adequate if you rev it up the hills. Rhorent does its job very well; everything is very simple even if you don't speak the language. I didn't encounter any surprise charges; you pay what you see. They only said that in case of an accident, even with full insurance, we would have to pay 40 Euros for paperwork. Thankfully, we returned the car without any accidents. I highly recommend it. If I come to Rhodes again, Rhorent will be my only option for car rental.

Really good service. They don't try to upsell additional insurance, tyre or windscreen cover and offer a number and flat rate callout fee in the event of a problem. Would highly recommend.
